ladies I know that you too have a problem with purity too...but I am a lady, I am a guy and i am posting from a guy view...
Well, have you ever wonder why we has a bigger problem with masturbation and porn then the men of yesterday...I have ask this question a lot and they (older guys) say that it is because of hoe easy sexual stuff is for us to find...first with the TV most shows have underline sexual stuff (and most is not under line it is on your face)...and porn at hand in the Internet....for the older guy to find sexual stuff they would have to go and buy it...so they did not use porn that much...but we have it free all over...and we hunger for it...it dose something to our brains and we long for that feel once we have felt it...it is said that if we have seen a porn pic we can recalled it in our minds years late...I agree with this because I can remember the first porn pic I have ever seen over 16 yrs later...so it has messed me up...I think that if I have never masturbated to porn it would have been easier for me to stop...but I did and the past 7 year of trying to stop had been hard and sometime painful to me and the ones i love...I like to tell you all that are having a hard time trying to stop looking and porn and masturbating and struggle with other sexual stuff...DO NOT again I say DO NOT STOP trying to STOP...I am not going to tell you if you pray it will go away, or if you read the bible again it will go away or if you have a accountability friend it will help (but they will help)...God is good and he is there as you struggle...it will not be easy in fact it will be one of the hardest thing you have ever done...it will hurt and get messy but in the end you will have a closer walk with Him...and you will be a stronger person for it too...

Well, am old...lol...not that out...but I have been reading and praying as of late...I am learning more about God and myself...I start with my struggles...I have struggle with porn and masturbation for what seem to be most of my life...I can seem to think back to when I did not have one or the other in my life...When I became a Christian, I started to feel bad about acting on out on this lust...but I did not know anything but my struggles...I feel into a many of the lies that us guys say to justified it...you know which one...here are a few...I am stressed and it help relive...I can't fall to sleep till I...I don't want a wet dream (will God made our bodies to have wet dreams not to masturbate)...I did it earlier today so why not now (I will stop tomorrow)well I will stop when I am married...and there are more a lot more (you know which once you have used)...The fact is that we guys have trained ourselves to relive stress and to fall to sleep this way...God made us to love the act of sex and the feeling...but it is meant to married and the act of masturbation is an act of sex out side of marriage and will is a sin...There are studies that say the 85% of guy masturbation and I don't agree with this out of all that guys I have in Youth Group and throughout my life I have came across all of them have struggled with some kind of sexual sin (from masturbation, lust, homosexuality, porn and on and on)...you are not alone and you don't' have to give in to you sin...I am not going to tell you the Christian answer "give it to God and it will go away"...resist and the temptation will flee...I tried and I found myself the next day falling in to my flesh...I say find a guy you can trust...it would be nice if your dad can do it (but I know that sons and dads don't talk sex stuff that easy)...your pastor, youth pastor, a friends dad...it should be a guy...why, because they know what is going on...why, not a GF, because they will not understand and might see you in a different way after (that will make you feel worst and more harder on yourself)...why not a friend the same age...we your friend are most likely in the same boat and it would be like the blind leading that blind...but a group of friends and an old guy would would best...you should read the book "Every Young Man's Battle"...as I said in the began I have been reading and praying a lot learning about myself more...when you are living pure God can talk to you and you will hear Him, and become closer to Him too...our sexual sin will or is in the way of you relationship with God...so one thing when you stop masturbation and look at porn you will find yourself closer to God and yourself...
