Please Pray for Wichita Falls Texas and the surrounding counties Our city has witnessed a flood and "now" going through the cleaning process. Waiting on FEMA to assist those in need Alot of business and homes have been tagged including our church Not all of Wichita Falls was flooded, but the parts that were.. were hit very hard. Most people didn't have flood insurance "we just don't have floods" alot of people have lost their homes, cars.. "everything" My cousin and his family didn't have any time to get anything out ..... they had to leave in the middle of the night .. another family (with 4 children) from church had to leave their homes and many other families "Everything is destroyed" I've witnessed a big tornado ... years ago ... when I was in high school... but, never this .... United Way, different churches, the city have opened their churches, schools and empty stores for either water, cleaning supplies, shots, forms to fill out for assistance, and for shelter... Pray that FEMA and The President tags our city as a disaster area and send financial assistance to the people in need. I was not affected, in a way, besides the church I attend... but, I've seen soooo much destruction. I've seen little children and parents wearing clothes and shoes that are tooo big or too small for them. I've seen the eyes of these parents, they are soooo down. "yet"... PRAISE GOD ... "their faith is still in tacted" on the news.. in their interviews... they state .. yes.. they have lost everything.. but, God will provide for them "what faith" Praise God It's the lower part of our city that really concerns me PRAY... PRAY.. PRAY.. they don't have much or nothing at all Our church will do what we can to assist, but, we too have to relocate BUT, IT'S JUST A BUILDING, GOD IS OUR SOURCE AND STRENGTH. GOD IS EVERYWHERE THANK YOU... YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.. THANK YOU AND YOUR CHURCH sending clothes and shoes My aunt and I will make sure that it gets delivered. AND THANK YOU MY FELLOW JCFAITH FAMILY FOR YOUR PRAYERS
My fellow brothers and sisters, yesterday, as I was getting ready to log off from this site, I over heard, or should I say, I read some comments made in the shout box concerning their testimonys/ blogs/ etc.. and our young people. Yes... it is summer There are sooo many young people logged into this site. PRAISE GOD!! But, anyway, a member stated that maybe she should delete, erase, or block their blogs or testimony and only allow people to read it with her permission. I wanted to respond to it in the shout box, but, I was already late and had to log out to get to my destination. So, here's my response, because, I really think that this is an important subject. PLEASE!! PLEASE!! PLEASE!! DO NOT BLOCK OR ERASE ANYTHING Our testimony is an important thing in life. Am I right? It describes what we've gone through and accomplished. We didn't do it all by ourselves, but, with our wonderful Lord's help. God pulled us out of cutters, He healed our cuts and bruises, He has lead us on the right path. Did He or didn't He? Sooooo, why do you want or think that we should have a block on our blogs or testimonies. God wants us to share and reach out to "EVERYONE" no matter how old they are Yes, some testimonys are a little much but, the kids... excuse me, the young people of today have experienced more today than we have ever experienced in our young years. They have seen and heard alot in their young years... that's a shame... Maybe .. just maybe.. two out of 10 young people are / have not experienced any kind of life's temptations... or faults.. yet! But, through television, internet, music, videos, and even through the cell phones .. our young people are exposed to sooo many things. We, as brothers and sisters in Christ, should witness, reach out, allow our young people to know and read that we as adults have gone through tough times, some through some real torment. But, showing them that God erased it all.. healed, mended, comforted, protected and made a new person and / or situation in ourselves and in our environment. Our young people need to know that there is a way out of their situation or problem. Through God and they need to know how to go about it We as adults are not perfect and are still growing ourselves in His word and walking His walk. But, they also need to see that we stumble at times and missup at times and that we don't know it all. But, together, going to God in prayer, WE WILL FIND A SOLUTION AND A WAY It's up to you.. erase it or block it... pray about it before you do anything God has appointed you to be His representative His disciple His light Our Young People Need Our Input and Prayer I hope I didn't offend anyone, didn't mean to do that in any way... just care about the souls out there.. and especially our young people God pulled me out of the gutter, He provides for me when I didn't have, He has/ is healing me, He has / is leading me to a much better path.. He's providing me with more strength, wisdom, and understanding. My God is a Powerful God I do believe, trust, and have faith in my God God bless you all

Give Him all your problems, stress, situations, goals, saddness, thoughts, etc... Responses will come... some in days, weeks, months and yes, even years.... everything comes within His time.... In Daniel 6:27 "He rescues and He saves: He performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth." Just continue to Believe, Trust and Have Faith your answer / solution will come. Everything is possible with God You are not alone... I, just like many other brothers and sisters on this web site, am here for you... binding together in prayer as one with our Lord. AMEN
CAN YOU HEAR GOD ? A businessperson was complaining one night about a particularly tough problem at work. His sister asked, "Have you prayed about it ?" The businessperson responded, "Whenever I can," explaining that he did most of his praying on the run. He excused his prayer pattern with the comment, "The Lord can hear me just as well when I'm running." His sister responded, "Yes, but can you hear him?" Do you have a time and place where you can be alone with God, not only to speak to Him but also to listen to Him speak to you? (See... Mark 1:35) Jesus had crowds of people all around Him, He would go off to pray... to have an intimate relationship with His Father. Jesus felt the need to begin the day with prayer. Why? Because the whole day was ahead of Him and this time with the Father in the early morning hours prepared Him spiritually for all of the opportunities of the day. We, You, I... have to make time... morning, noon, night... whatever the time may be... remember... A personal relationship with God cannot be developed in a crowd. To develop this intimate relationship with God demands a private place where we can meet God alone. So.... Stop, Be Still and Listen God Bless You All
Growing In The Lord My fellow brothers and sisters, I am happy to say.... I am finally growing in the Lord... God has shown me such wonders. God has provided for me. God has protected me. God has and continues to heal me. But, most of all.... God Loves Me... Yes, Me!! Praise God, My Father!!! About a year ago, I finally, was making enough money to pay my bills, go places and have enough on the side. I attended church and use to give what I could of my 10%, but then, when the Lord blessed me with more.... I still kept my same routine and just gave a little and then soon to be nothing. I then started to make excuses... not giving money, using the talent He gave me, and going to church... used to avoid people from the church and/or would "play church" Started to gamble... didn't drink or do anything else... but, that was enough.... I started to hang around people of the world. Often, run into other people who occassionally dropped by at church services... so, they knew who I was and what I was suppose to represent. They would talk with me and make comments about "why wasn't I in church".. we would make a joke about it... Let me tell you something, "You should never joke about church or God" I know that god gave me many chances to change... but, did I listen, "NO"... I was stealing from God... His 10%... His Talent... His Time.... His Reputation In Me... Well, later on, I lost everything... Yes, everything... But, "Praise God", He has given me another chance!! I'm starting over again, no money, no job, no car.... but, I'm not worried, God is with me, just like He's always been.... I'm a very rich man!! He has provided for me in such ways, no words can describe. Through my family and friends, God, my Father, has provided for me. Everything will fall into place, once again, but, in God's time. Right now, I'm in training. Reading His Word and Praying Daily First, drinking milk... as I mature, I will eat meat.... and become stronger in His word. So, my fellow brothers and sisters, I'm asking you to "watch out" because the devil is looking for any little crack, hole, opening within you... "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding: in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3: 5-6 "No, God" or "Know God" God wants us to prosper, but, we must be put Him first and give credit where it is due... God will always provide... ask in His name... it will be done "Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment" 1 Timothy 6:17 Pray for me... My Dear Brothers and Sisters, I love this site, talking and praying with everyone. But, as you already know, not everyone on this site are christians. That's where, we come into the picture. God has sent us here to reach out to everyone. Young or old, we must extend a helping hand to one and all. I always accept everyone, young or old, christian or non christian, as one of my friends... or what I like to call them "my brothers and sisters" 'cause, that's what they are... or soon to be... God gave us the responsibility to discuss any matter that comes up.... comments on page, pictures on page, or a manner of talking, etc... We must not single individuals out, those are the individuals that need to know "the walk" Pray, asking God to lead us, strengthen us, give us the words, needed. God will protect you, when you confront the individual.. guiding them and helping them to understand how a follower of our Lord, should walk. If they respond with a neg. action... then, you have done your part... shake the dirt off your feet... talk with someone from the Admin. (But, just remember, you have planted, a seed into that individual's heart... they will remember what you told them... you may not think so, by their actions, but, they are and will remember the words given to them. That's why I say, be careful how you talk with others... let's don't have blood on our hands, by bringing others down or casting them aside......REACH OUT TO THEM) YOU are GOD'S REPRESENTATIVE... satan would love to break this site... our example... our relationships we have build on this site.... our faith... our love for one another... God gives us the power and authority to rebuke satan and his works.... So, IN JESUS' NAME, I leave you, asking my wonderful Lord and Father, to give you the strength needed for battle. Fearful Situations Don't let the world and the evil forces at work around you put fear into your heart. Remember God, is the sovereign Lord of the whole universe. Trust Him, fear not, stand firm, and see His salvation being worked out in His way and in His timing. "Be strengthened by the Lord and by His vast strength, Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the tactics of the Devil...Pray at all times in the Spirit and stay alert" Eph. 6:10-11, 18 Remember, God loves you, His children, and invites you to cast "all your cares upon Him: for He careth for you" 1 Peter 5:7 How well are you doing that today ?
"Well Done, Young People... Well Done !" I am so proud and encouraged by all the kids, preteens and teenagers that I have encountered on this web site. After communicating with a few of them, all I can say "WELL DONE, MY YOUNG BROTHERS AND SISTERS... WELL DONE !!" God calls "His" believers to serve "Him" and equips and directs them for service, and these young people have responded... Have you responded to God's call, or do you have the same excuses like Jeremiah had: "I don't know how to talk to people or what I should say" ... "I'm too young"... "I don't have time"... "I don't have enough experience to talk about God" Does this sound like you ? In Jeremiah 1:9, it states that God will put "His" hand upon your mouth and "His" words will come flowing out... So, I say...just like our young brothers and sisters, we all need to step up to the plate and roll up our sleeves or "gird up thy loins" Jeremiah 1: 17-19 God will give you sufficient strength... empower you in order to stand against those who oppose 'His" message... You will prevail, because God is with you and will transform your weakness into power... God is calling you to take action, giving us a message and promisses to be with us... The ball is in your court - how will we respond ? How will you respond ? Praying For All Of You... Journaling makes your prayer time more of a two-way communication with God. Underline, circle, and make notes by verses that "speak to you". Date the passage. Do not save your Bible... wear it out! Jot notes about the circumstances it guide you through in life. If your Bible does not have space for notes, use a notepad, or buy a Bible just for your "Quiet Time". Try journaling...jotting down notes on Psalms 37 this week. Recently, through my VERY HARD TIME... I took my time reading and talking with God (My Father). I started underlining passages and "HE" really opened my eyes, soul, and heart...I started seeing pictures as I began to read and "He" gave me an understanding to each passage... Brought up in a christian environment, read, taught, and sang "His" words...thinking I knew it all...BUT, played both sides of the track... ...GOD GAVE ME A BIG TIME REALITY CHECK... ........................PRAISE GOD !!............................. Can't play with God...made a choice...God's side... God has always made time for me...I must, I am, making time for him every day... ARE YOU ??... My God and Father never gave up on me and He won't give up on you... Don't wait for your Reality Check...Set aside some time.."Quiet Time"...take your time: "Really", read His word and talk with God.
