Praise and Worship What is praise and worship? It’s a lifestyle: public and private; Romans 12: 1. Smile and show Christ through you. Begin with confession of sins so you are not hindered. Put your whole heart into it. Your whole life is worship. Having a thankful heart is praise. Sing. Pray for others. Ignore the bad circumstances while you praise and see them get better; that is worship. Worship is giving the Lord your best, which is what He has given you. Never rush worship. Never rush life. Appreciate the fact God is not in a hurry. We worship when we pay our tithes and offerings. Psalm 111:5 says He provides for us. Psalm 111:10 says worship is the beginning of wisdom.

My Thoughts Why do we pray? It should be to communicate with the Lord. It is good to have someone there to listen at all times. You give Him praise for all He does. Always know His ways are better than ours. He always knows what is best for us. We may not see it. That is where trust comes in. Always Love the Lord with all your mind, body soul, and strength. Times it is hard to understand why things happen the way they do but always know God wants the best for us. Being put on the potter wheel is hard but it makes us a better person. We are being groomed for what the Lord wants us to do. We have to be obedient. Obedience is better than sacrifice.
