Merry Christmas!
Posted On 12/23/2007 18:49:26

JESUS CHRIST is LORD!

He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. Col 1:17

December 2007 Krejcir Family Missions Letter

His birth was for His death; His death was for our birth! (Isaiah 7:14; 11:2; John 1:29; 3:1-8; Rom. 15:12-13)

A Christmas devotional thought: Jesus is Transcendent, Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnipotent. Although He is Sovereign, at the same time, He tells us that He is Immanuel, which means “God is with us." This describes God in the most powerful and profound language the Jews have and/or that we have: God, The God who is here and there, THE God who walks besides us and holds us. His name, Immanuel, is also His attribute and nature, for He is God and is fully able to save us by substituting Himself in our place, living a sinless life, and taking God’s wrath upon Himself so we would not be lost forever. He is a God who indeed carries us through both the trials of life and through our jubilations, too (Isaiah 7:14; Psalm 24:7-8; Prov. 1; Matt. 1:23; John 1:1-3,14; 4:9-10; 8:56-59; 17:5; Rom. 1:3-4; Phil. 2:5-11; Col. 2:9; 1 Tim. 3:16; Heb. 2:17-18).

In Matthew 22: 42, Jesus asks “Who do you say I am?” is answer to us is Immanuel which also means that Christ was birthed in history; by so doing, He must also be birthed into you and evident in you! His Immanuel means He is touching you, discipling you so He is fully engaged in your heart and mind, and so He is Supreme in you, too. Your transformation and Fruit are the evidences of Christ carrying you. For Him to carry you, He must be evident in you!

“Make sure you are bringing the Lordship of Christ into your Church and Life this Christmas Season!” May the magnitude of what happened on that first Christmas impact you personally more and more this holiday season and through the coming year. This is the greatest gift any of us can receive! Let’s share it with others, too!

The Web arm of our Ministry
Posted On 10/13/2007 16:42:57
It is developing greatly and growing. We are 95% completed of the new bigger and better Into Thy Word website at www.intothyword.org this took nearly a year, three full time people and an investment of less than $20,000, this is very cheap, as the bids were in the 50k + range if you can imagine that (it is huge and has a lot of tech that you do not see used in our oversees venues, online learning center, very secure chat rooms to  communicate with underground pastors and our China firewall buster and to much to list…). Keep in mind we have a site that is like “the big guys” such as Focus on the Family in content and bandwidth and almost as traveled for 1/10th the cost because of your help, our volunteers and donations of plug ins and of some cross work and being innovative. We are also a much smaller ministry than the big guys and we can’t afford the high end development and IT pros. A Christian owned organization in Florida that develops high end government websites and many others helped us out a lot and hosts us www.netministry.com. They do incredible work, and if you need or know someone who needs a top level website for a business or a church or ministry and is limited in funds let me know.  I will have more updates on our mission’s activity next newsletter, hopefully next month…  It is our VISION and call, and commitment to point the church back onto the path of making disciples. It is our passion and directive to lead Christians away from our false perceptions and into His way.  Thank-you for all who have supported and prayed for us!!! May God continue to Bless and keep you,

Krejcir Family News

Mary is doing much better from the emergency c-section and the complications with Ryan’s delivery. All is mostly well now for us. Ryan is only getting up and crying at night less than 40% of the time now. He is still teething... poor little guy and we at times feel so helpless, as in how many more teeth can there be room for, it seems full to me…. Mary’s new pay structure has left us a $300 deficit a month and we are also losing our Kaiser health insurance, they have been so good to us. We do not know what company will replace it, but it has a very high deductible, $1,000 or more so we have to pay out of pocket all of Ryan’s and ours health care and doctors visits and if you have young children you know what that means. We are also struggling with plumbing problems again, this time we were woken up in the middle of the night by Ryan yesterday (10/12) then noticed a loud curious water noise, what can that be, we wondered as our backyard and under our house was being flooded…With little resources to fix it, we may be out of water for a while. So we will make the best of is, be camping with wipes and bottled water for a while, what fun-lol. This seems silly to even to mention as nothing like the struggles that our colleagues in south Asia are facing...

Ryan is saying a lot more words, and is very healthy and active, thank-you for your prayers. We are taking him to a “mommy and me” thing on Thursdays (Yes the dad does this and is the only dad there, oh boy!) and to the park, running off his enormous energies. His favorite thing and word is still kitty-kitty, kitty cat, still joyfully points to everything and says “what’s that?”…and now he says “ma’m” mom, mom, mom…LOL. He is doing well thanks to your prayers!

Richard has been teaching at a lot of conferences, and including the big “Gospel Com” for the Billy Graham Assoc. in Grand Rapids. This went very well, a lot of connections and opportunities there plus he learned some new things on internet ministry. Even though Into Thy Word is one of the first ministry’s on the web since 1994 (actually since 1989 to 1994 before the WWW using the “Argus and ARPANET net” sending Bible study resources to pastors in Russia via computer phone connections, in text only, at the Fuller Institute and Huntington Labs). The technology comes so fast we feel out of touch… The “daddy day care,” in the mornings is still on, hectic and fun, juggling a full time job at ITW, and part time teaching and pastor at large with no compensation at our church. We find ourselves very tired and life seems like we are sleepwalking, this I am told will slow down in 18 years-LOL. We keep our eyes focused on our Lord as our strength!  We will send up some new pics, on the “JC site,” (a Christian “my space”) see link below, we can’t send them through this email newsletter, as they are too big and won’t go through my server. So please visit our online photo gallery I will be adding soon.

More on ITW Radio Opportunity
Posted On 10/13/2007 16:39:43
We as a ministry have a wonderful opportunity before us and we need your partnership! Dr. Krejcir, “With the Word” (name pending, any ideas?) radio show…  KKLA, 99.5 FM, America’s largest Christian radio station, reaching all of Southern California by air and the rest of the world by Web, have invited me to do a radio program! This will be a 3 minute devotional each day of week. It will run 5:15am, Monday through Friday, with an option to do a 20 minute Sunday morning show as well. We hope and pray this can be an inspirational blessing to all.
Can you imagine the opportunity to be in the homes of over 100,000 people who listen to that time slot with a potential to reach 20 million each day with the uncompromised Gospel of Jesus Christ? In a world where most of the “on air” personalities do not teach the Word or give false doctrines (not the case with KKLA!), we have an opportunity to be used by Christ for His Kingdom. What a door God has opened for us. We need you to make this work!

This ministry opportunity will not be cheap, but KKLA has lowered its price, and wants to make this happen. So, we do not want to let this opportunity go by. Our board and national staff are very excited because through this opportunity, many more doors will be opened too.

The cost is, $100 per program, for 5 programs a week for a 13-week minimum commitment to start. Thus, we need to raise $6,500 to start. Perhaps you can prayer and support this endeavor and even ask others too. Can you sponsor one show for $100, a week for $500, or a month for $2,000, or more, or perhaps you or you know someone who would underwrite it for a sponsorship to their business?  Our goal is to make this an ongoing ministry and we need to raise $26,000 per year (this is way below the normal price). This is almost the entire US budget for Into Thy Word, so we do not have the means to do this. But with yours and others partnership we do!
If you would like to help us with our potential radio ministry, you can mail a donation to:
Into Thy Word Ministries129 South Lotus AvenuePasadena, Ca 91107  Or online at our totally new website at www.intothyword.org You may contact me through email for more info info@intothyword.com Please pray for this new ministry opportunity. We do not have the budget or the resources to make this happen. In fact, Mary and I are very much struggling now and need prayer and support more than ever. Mary’s salary has been cut, we are losing our medical insurance and the ministry giving is way down too, while our expenses and opportunities are up!  Yet, I know that the results will be marvelous and not only will our ministry grow and be a blessing to you and many others. We have the opportunity to nourish more souls through God’s Word and help them come to a deeper and saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. All because of your partnership!

Thank-you for all who have supported and prayed for us!!! May God continue to Bless and keep you,

Krejcir Family Update
Posted On 12/11/2006 22:43:14

Richard – is busy doing daddy day care in the mornings while mommy works, then he is hard at work researching, updating and writing for a big project on “Exegetical Bible Study Methods” that is being used in seminaries and pastor training centers all over the world. This is an incredible humble opportunity to help equip pastors to extract vital life changing information from God’s Word, so they can teach it to others. Richard also has been busy teaching in the adult Sunday school classes in his church as well as a Bible study and preaching in some local churches.

Mary – is back to work as a legal secretary although desires to be home full time, praying for the resources to make this so. She is working early in the mornings at a law firm in Glendale and does mommy day care in the afternoons and evenings while daddy goes to work at the USCWM and Into Thy Word and his various teaching engagements. She is enjoying our beloved son and this precious season of life!

Ryan – is acting like a baby! He is seven months old with over 9 teeth and more coming in. He enjoys his solid foods, laughing at the cat, jumping in his jumper, learning to crawl, napping, gooing and being ever so precious!

Into Thy Word News

Bad news, One of our pastor trainers in Pakistan, Dr. Mehaboob and his family were murdered in November! It was with great sadness and grief that we reported this tragedy, it tore our hearts. This is a reminder that Christianity costs, something those of us in comfortable lives living in safe places may not always realize. Please continue to pray for hope, endurance, wisdom, for the Lord to show us the sense of this and relief that the other pastors can be safe and serve our Lord in these persecuting countries. Please also pray for the resources and opportunities for our pastor trainers to continue on for our Lord's glory. Please continue to pray for our pastors that we work with in India and Pakistan. For more information: http://salemvoice.org (warning this site has graphic pictures)  Good news, Into Thy Word Ministries is pleased to announce our new association with the Francis A. Schaeffer Institute of Church Leadership Development. We will be conducting joint projects and launching a new website with the URL of www.francisschaeffer.org (not up yet) For the purpose of combining resources and endeavors for Thinking and Providing Biblical and Grace Centered Theological Resources for the Church. Lord willing, we should have further details after the first of the year.  ITW also has joined the “Gospelcom” ministry alliance at www.gospelcom.net.

A Christmas Devotional Thought
Posted On 12/11/2006 22:41:04

The King has Come!

December is when we celebrate “Advent,” which simply means coming as in Christ is coming, and for us now He has arrived. This is referring to His birth in history and in humanity. It meant the welcoming or the arrival of a special king and for us; it is our King of kings. This is what the Old Testament prophecies foretold concerning Jesus’ Incarnation, the Word made flesh for our hope and Atonement that brought us our deliverance. Advent represents our expectation, anticipation, and preparation for who Christ is and what He has done for us.

He arrived into the world as a human being, being fully God and fully man. He came to identify as one of us, as the Son of Man, as a baby born in a manger. He came for us, He came for you and He comes into our lives and into our hearts. He is coming again in great power and glory to bring His Kingdom into fruition.

His birth was for his death; his death was for our birth! (Isaiah 7:14; 11:2; John 1:29; 3:1-8; Rom. 15:12-13)

“Make sure you are bringing the Lordship of Christ into your Church and Life this Christmas Season!”

May the magnitude of what happened on that first Christmas impact you personally more and more this holiday season and through the coming year. This is the greatest gift any of us can receive! Let’s share it with others, too!
