last night GOD broke my heart.  and its exactly what i've been asking HIM to do. me and my friends all went out to eat and we were seated behind a rowdy group of college kids, quite different from ourselves..  they were being loud, (which is not so different from us) but they loudly joked about inappropriate things and even mocked GOD and prayer.  at first i was mad.. mad enough to get up and say something, but something stopped me.   i left there still angry and feeling like i should have done something, i now see the bigger picture...  we so easily forget that the world around us is dying in their sins because sometimes we get busy with our own lives and take our eyes off the field..   and so the moral of the story is GOD put them and us there together for a reason..  my heart is broken because those  kids break the heart of GOD.  and thats exactly what i asked HIM to show me! GOD IS A GOOD GOD!

i want to do things i've never done before.  i want to be a light to people in dark places, shining the love of my saviour to those who need it.  i want to be more prayerful and watchful, for GOD is not mocked..  i dont want to ask HIM for something lifechanging and turn back to look at my past.  i want the desires of HIS heart to become the desire of mine, and for the things which break HIS heart to break mine.  i want to be called a friend of GOD, a servant of GOD's people, and most of all i want to hear well done by the most beautiful and powerful voice that was NEVER created, it just IS.
