I am part of the fellowship of the unashamed.
The die has been cast.
The decision has been made.
I have stepped over the line.
I won't look back, let up, slow down or back away.
My past is redeemed, my present makes sense, my
future is secure. I'm finished and done with
selfish living, sight walking, small planning,
"smooth knees," colorless dreams, tamed visions,
mundane talking, cheap giving and dwarfed goals.
I no longer need pre-eminence, prosperity, position,
promotions, plaudits, pity or popularity. I don't
have to be right, first, tops, recognized, praised,
regarded or rewarded. I now live by faith, lean on
His presence, walk with His patience, live by prayer
and labor with His power.
My face is set; my gait is sure; my goal is heaven;
my road is narrow; my way is rough, my companions
are few; my Guide is reliable; my mission is clear.
I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured
away, turned back, deluded or delayed.
I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate
in the presence of the adversary, negotiate at the
table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity
or meander in the maze of mediocrity because I have
been sustained by Christ.
I won't give up, shut up, let up, until I have
stayed up, stored up, prayed up, paid up, spoken
up for the cause of Christ.
I am a disciple of Jesus Christ.
I must go till all know, and work till He stops me.
And when He comes for His own, He will have no
problem recognizing me. My banner is clear.
I am part of the fellowship of the unashamed.
I was standing at the seat of judgment, waiting for my turn
Thinking of the houses and the treasures I would earn
Thinking of how I'd lived my life just as a Christian should
Thinking of how I'd always done what was right and what was good I knew that when my turn would come with the Father and the Son They would look at me and my life and say to me "Well Done" I knew that I was sinless, and my life beyond reproach I got more excited as my time began to approach But just then I looked around and who should I see, But the lady that I worked with, just down the hall from me We always passed each other with a wave and a smile And when the time would allow we would chat for a little while We would talk about our jobs, our kids, and various little things Our conversations always pleasant and laughter it would bring Just then she looked up, and her teary eyes locked with mine And my smile faded when I realized she was in the other line She began to speak the words that broke my heart in two It pains me now to remember as I share these words with you She said "Why didn't you tell me about the God that you do know, You went to church each week but never invited me to go? You never told me of his saving mercy, that he died on the cross And now it is to late for me and my soul's eternally lost I see you saved yourself and that you are among the chosen few, But tell me, couldn't you have made an effort, to try and save me too Just then I sat straight up in bed, my heart pounding in my chest Thank God it was just a dream, but my spirit still couldn't rest I realized that I couldn't keep my God a secret among friends But that I must learn to always share the hope that the gospel lends So I encourage you not to wait until it is too late
Go and tell everyone you meet that your God is so, so great!
Lord God Almighty, worthy of all praise and honor, Holy is Your name,
Lord, I pray for spiritual growth and maturity today; to be less like me, and more like You.
Lord, help me become a humble, hard working servant, who bares Your fruit;
a disciple with great faith, with a wise and encouraging tongue, and one in whom You can trust.
Lord, I give You everything I have, & everything I am, may my love for You only grow stronger. Lord, encourage and motivate me, so that I may continually serve you with a passion.
and please teach me to listen to the Holy Spirit, so that I may always know Your will.
Lord, please help me overcome temptation, and don’t let the devil have any foothold in me.
Lord, break every stronghold in me, so that Your Holy Spirit may totally dominate my life.
Lord, judge me severely, correct me ruthlessly, and when needed, rebuke me thoroughly,
so I can server you more perfectly, being void of all hypocrisy and being meek and lowly of heart.
Lord, please instill in me an intense and awesome fear of the Lord, Lord, help me become a great Harvester, sowing Your seed and bringing many people to You.
Lord, here I am, use me. I want to advance Your Kingdom and serve You everyday,
open many doors of opportunity to shine the Light of Jesus through me,
and put several people in my path today, so that I may bring them to You.
Lord, help me do something profound for You everyday, and to have an impact on eternity. Lord, I want to master Your Word. Please, fill me with Your knowledge and truth,
bless me with wisdom so that I may be fruitful, and remove any falsehoods in me.
Lord, help me become a prayer warrior, one who can move mountains in Your name.
Lord, help me to effectively and faithfully use all the gifts You have blessed me with.
Lord, teach me how to bring down all the principalities and powers that work against Your Kingdom. Lord, I pray for a long life of service to You, with health and blessings for my family,
help me develop a disciplined mind, a crucified flesh, and a loving compassionate heart, pure and obedient.
Lord, set my sights on the highest goal, and have me do whatever is necessary to achieve the
greatest blessing of the good and faithful servant, and to finish strong in the Lord.
Lord, help me fully experience the Christian life, and to manifest Jesus in every aspect of my life.
Lord, help me become a true worshiper of You. And please fill my cup with Your tears,
so that I may love people with Your Love. Most Holy and Righteous God, thank You for everything You have done.
I surrender my life to You, please direct me and make me into Your image,
for I am nothing without You, may my life bring glory and honor to You.
Please send out many workers into the harvest field, in the name of Your son, JESUS CHRIST - AMEN
ACTS: 2:21~~aND IT SHALL COME TO PASS, THAT WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD,,SHALL BE SAVED....... JOHN 3:3-7~~"JESUS ANSWERED AND SAID TO HIM, 'TRULY,TRULY, I SAY TO YOU, UNLESS ONE IS BORN AGAIN HE CANNOT SEE THE KINGDOM OF GOD! NICODEMUS SAID TO HIM, 'HOW CAN A MAN BE BORN WHEN HE IS OLD? HE CANNOT ENTER A SECOND TIME INTO HIS MOTHER'S WOMB AND BE BORN, CAN HE?" "JESUS ANSWERED, "TRULY,TRULY, I SAY TO YOU, UNLESS ONE IS BORN OF WATER AND THE SPIRIT HE CANNOT ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD. THAT WHICH IS BORN OF THE FLESH IS FLESH, AND THAT WHICH IS BORN OF THE SPPIRIT IS SPIRIT." When we said the sinners prayer,,asking for forgiveness of all our sins,,accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as Our Personal Savior,,having Faith that He was born of the Virgin Mary, Was Crucified on the Cross for our wrongs and Rose again in three days to give us life forever with Him in heaven then we are saved..To be born again is baptism..Is getting rid of our past life,,beginning to walk in the very shoes of Christ..To think like Christ,,walk like Christ,,Talk like Christ and lead a life free of sin..We as humans will fall from time to time, but we need to fully repent of our sins,,ask God for forgiveness then Turn From Our Sins..God knows our hearts...He knows all of our needs in our lives and He is more than capable to supply everything we need..Is where Our Faith comes in...We need to rely on God's Word as Truth..To rely on God for our direction..To have Faith that His Word never returns Void... When you were saved that is when you turned totally toward God which means you totally Trust in Him and His Ways and His Commandments.. 1John 1:6-7~~ "If we claim to have fellowship with Him, yet we walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by Truth...If we walk in the light, as He is the Light, then we fellowship with One Another and the blood of Jesus purifies us from our sins." If within our heart we are not truly repentant of our sins, if we turn from God to do things our own way in our own time knowing full well that we are rebelling against our Father, if we keep on sinning and never turn from that sin,,then we will NOT loose our salvation..We will never loose it,,it will never be taken from us,,,but We Can Give It Back to God...Just like when someone offers you a gift and you say "No thank you and hand it back to them." Is the same thing you are doin to God..You are giving His Free Gift of Salvation right back to Him.. Ezekiel 3:20~~"If the Righteous turn from their Righteousness, and commit sins(iniquities),and I lay a stumbling block before them,,THEY WILL DIE..."" If you Could Not give up your salvation voluntarily, then once you are saved you could go on sinning,,murder,lying,cheating,stealing,false prophecy,leading others astray,all sorts of sins in God's eyes..Breaking all His laws and Commandments,,slander and unforgiveness..Is like some are being taught "Once Saved, Always Saved," and this tends to lead others to believe they can be saved and sin and it dont matter...But it does matter..TO GOD IT MATTERS...Isnt He the one we should really want and strive to Please?? Isnt He the reason We all Live?? I have heard so many who walk in the darkness why they should accept this man called Jesus..They have witnessed or be in partaking with Christians brothers and sisters who acted just like they did but proclaiming to be a child of God..That is why the ones in the darkness are so confused..Im sure they are thinking,," If they say they are saved and goin to heaven ,yet they are cheating on their spouses,,molesting little kids,,smut talkin,,speaking falsely about God's word,,making others feel bad,,calling their so called brothers and sisters foul names,,then why should I give up how I live cuz they are living like I do..I dont see any difference." Well,,when those poor souls die and God had placed them in our life for us to help out of the darkness but we never showed them the way,,then their blood is on our hands and God will surely deal with us on that... We have a choice to make..So many are what they call riding the fence..Oh they love the prestige of being called a teacher,,minister,,prophet,,etc,,,,but then they lead others in the wrong directions..They tend to use the Word of God to fulfill their own lustful desires..They hit upon a single type of person and zero in until they get them to fully trust them then they hit them hard...So many are backstabbing their fellow brother or sister,,many feelings have been hurt,,we need to be encouragers of the Word..We need to shine the Light of God..THE TRUE LIGHT...We need to make a choice...Either LIGHT or DARK....There is NOOOOO inbetween..You cant preach the Good News and lead others astray to believe what you want them to believe..Teach them the True Word..The Real Word of God..Not your own redition..You cant shout "HALLELUJAH!" and talk trashy to someone..We have to walk the walk of Christ..Think like Christ and treat others as Christ treats u s... In John 10"23 it says" And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall anyone snatch them out of my hand." that is God's plan for us..For us to be in His Hands forever..To walk in His Holy Name..To Preach the Good New of His Son, Jesus Christ..To be who He has chosen for us to be...but it is Our Choice... You cant be taken from the Lord but YOU CAN WALK AWAY FROM HIM.. He wont plead with you,,,he wont beg you to stay..Is what He calls Free Will...We have the right to say where we spend eternity..So It is up to EACH OF US to decide once and for all.. No more riding the fence..Its either LIVE LIKE CHRIST DOES OR live like satan wants you to live...LIGHT vs dark...Good vs evil...Love vs. hate...Forgiveness..vs unforgiveness What will Your choice be ONCE AND FOR ALL.. I PRAY YOU CHOOSE TO WALK LIKE CHRIST,,LOVE LIKE CHRIST,,THINK LIKE CHRIST AND GET OUT OF THIS WORLDLY SIN.. WITH LOVE THRU CHRIST. GLORIA P.S. SO YOU SEE,,GOD WONT TAKE OUR SALVATION FROM US,,,NO ONE CAN TAKE US FROM HIM,,,BUT WE CAN CHOOSE TO GIVE OUR SALVATION BACK (BACKSLIDING) AND DO OUR OWN THING,,OUR OWN WAY...SO I PRAY YOU WILL UNDERSTAND GOD LOVES YOU AND LONGS FOR YOU TO BE WITH HIM FOREVER..ITS YOUR CHOICE
