I know its almost Mothers Day and this is early I may not get to stay on line awhile hoping i can but I have some issues I'm dealing with!!! So I'm writing a Poem for all Mothers!!!
With the pounding of baby's feet wanting so much to come out Lying in that hospital bed Some wish they never wanted to happened While others crying for JOY! to see that Beautiful baby BORN! Either way after all the pain and suffering that child you brought in this world Gave a new beginning that brings JOY to your life!!! Love your MOTHER!!!!
You brightened my day everytime I thought of you When the bright Sunshine came down on me Feeling the warmth of his soul he will never break your Heart like a rock stuck in the middle of the flowing river being pounded by the crashing of the water Just follow the rainbow to the other side God is there waiting with open arms!!
Over the last couple of weeks I have done a lot of thinking, reading and deliberation concerning the run to the White House. There are folks who are backing me with blood, sweat and tears. There are the others who think that I am out of my mind and do not have a chance. There are the politically minded, politician types who with their arrogance try to unsettle me with their in-depth questions and then there are those who do have political background and integrity who want to see me pursue this until the end.
I am faced with many obstacles. The main obstacle is money. No money no race. No media, no backing, no ads etc.
Secondly I am no expert in politics. All I do is listen to what the people around me are talking about and check the status of America and then I lean upon my conscience.
People have asked me about Immigration, Education, Foreign Policy, Free Speech, Taxes, Abortion and the list goes on. And no body is ever happy to hear an answer that opposes their own. Once again I will say that the career minded professional politicians have ruined this country, distorted the Constitution of the United States, and sold our country to the highest bidder.
No matter what people believe we need the God of the Bible back in our government, schools and churches. God is not an American nor is He associated with any political party so we as Americans better get on His side. The United States did not form to trample other nations or to police the world. We are a people living in the liberty and freedoms that God has blessed us with through our Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
If God’s people would rise up and pray not only for America but for all other countries and nations then we would see the peace of God sweep over the lands and heal the broken hearted. If America believes that we are the only nation that God loves then we are full of arrogance and pride and pride comes before a fall. I just returned from a trip to Germany where I had the opportunity to address 1200 Germans, Belgium’s, Danish and some folks from the Czech Republic. Guess what? These people love Jesus Christ too!
If I were running for President in Germany I would have gained 1200 votes Saturday night. Why? Because I communicate God’s love in truth. People want truth and now they have no faith in their government that the truth is ever being told. We deal with conspiracy theories and lies within our own government. If our own people have doubts and legitimate concerns then why would we blame other countries from being suspect?
I have been looking into the Constitution Party about gaining their nomination. My mind is still not totally made up. I do have internal support yet I am wandering how serious even some of the leaders of the party actually are? I wander if they have an opinion outside of their own doctrine? Recently I have received incredible advice from some of the folks within the party who know me from the band. Those that do not know me that have written with concerns are often rash and arrogant as if they have something that I am not allowed to have. Is the Constitution Party just another organization like the Democrats and Republicans who want to seize control and have it their way? I pray that this is not the case.
I truly want to hear from more of those whose affiliation is with the Constitution Party before I make up my mind how I am going to proceed forward.
I understand completely that we need drastic change in our government. We need a revolution for sure. But we also need logical leaders who do not come off like rebels and radicals because the public will label them in a heart beat and the true cause of liberty will be beaten back into the dark ages.
A perfect example is say that God reveals something to you that is truth, but it has been hidden for years from the church for whatever reason He deems fit. You are the only one with this glorious revelation of truth. You come forward and preach it like everyone is supposed to know it. You will be thrown out of the church doors and counted among the heretics. But if you take this perfect truth (Constitution) and you make it clear and explain it instead of just randomly quoting it then the general public will have a better understanding of it and be more ready to accept and receive it.
Those of you that have a great understanding of the Constitution are a rare breed. Judges and University Professors still argue how it should be interpreted. So if intellectual minds cannot agree you must realize that the public at large hasn’t a clue for what you even stand for when you quote this great document. Like the Bible, you can quote it, preach it on the street corners, shout it from the roof tops, but if you fail to explain it in every day language you will fail to communicate it to the masses.
I write all of this just to say, if the Constitution Party is interested in me running for President of the United States I will need to see more people step up before I make such an investment.
