Fearful Situations

Don't let the world and the evil forces at work around you put fear into your heart.  Remember God, is the sovereign Lord of the whole universe.  Trust Him, fear not, stand firm, and see His salvation being worked out in His way and in His timing.

"Be strengthened by the Lord and by His vast strength, Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the tactics of the Devil...Pray at all times in the Spirit and stay alert"

Eph. 6:10-11, 18

Remember, God loves you, His children, and invites you to cast "all your cares upon Him: for He careth for you"

1 Peter 5:7

How well are you doing that today ?

WOW! I see this was written last month but, as always, God has His timing and I am just now seeing it today. This really helped me today, too. Even though the thing I've been fearful of lately is "Am I doing what God wants me to do?" I still think this applies because the fear of that comes from satan and his evil forces trying to throw doubt into my mind. This was a very good reminder that I just need to trust God and let Him take care of everything. He is doing such a work in me these days that it is "kinda" scary sometimes - but not scary as in fearful - scary as in "wonderful". I know the reason He has never done these things through me before is because I wouldn't allow Him to. Now that I have given Him "free reign" with my life - BOY! What a ride! I only wish I could have "gotten" it a LONG LONG time ago - but again, everything in God's timing as we are willing to let it be, right?

Thanks for always sharing your heart here - you will probably never know how many people's lives you have touched and how many people you have helped. You may not write many blogs - but, MAN! when you do - they are wonderful!

Thanks for sharing - I can tell you are definitely a man like David - a man after God's own heart.

Love ya brother!
