Full of Grace...Don't fall on your Face

Sometimes we fail to realize what the gift of Salvation really is. We tend to take it for granted. We say "Oh well I made a mistake God will forgive me" and miss the whole point of Salvation. Yes we are going to slip and fall flat on our face. It might not be pretty. It may be a little embarassing. All we have to know that with "Gods Amazing Grace" we will survive. That is why we have the bible and fellowship with other christians. We have people like Greg who bring JCFAITH to fruition. We fail to remember what it was like to not have the internet. Yes youngsters there was a time when there was no World Wide Web. Anyone that is over 20 remembers that. We had to fellowship with other christians face to face or over the Telephone(not cell phone). I am showing my age now. We would pray over each other and console each other. Now with all the new technology you can type a word and get a prayer channel on the internet. No physical body just type your needs and someone will type you back a prayer. Grace is what we have as christians and grace is what will help us persevere. We just need to remember our prayer closet. That special intimate time you spend talking to Jesus one on one with no one listening. Reading our bibles daily(one of the things on my list I need to improve). Going to church regularly. I know people say that you don't have to go to church to worship Jesus. What you do need to go to church for is fellowship with other christians. Get involved in the helps ministries not sitting in the back pew like a bump on a log. Children are our most valuable asset. If we don't get to them when they are young. We will have a harder time when they are teenagers. I know I seem like I am rambling. I am speaking what is on my heart. Back to the internet. We need to keep our ears and eyes open. There is to much stuff they can get into by a touch of a key. It has its good points, but it also has a dark side. The devil is out to get us anyway he can. He can't read our minds, but he can plant ideas that can distract us off our course. So I will leave you with this my fellow saints. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. No one can change that. Whjen we fall on our face remember what they did in the old westerns. Pick ourselves up by the bootstraps and dust ourselves off. Tomorrow is another day to worship the lord and rejoice. Keep your eyes on the heavens for he will be coming back soon. I am so glad we have a place like JCFAITH to write like this. Blessings to each and everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
