CHRISTMAS IN HEAVEN

I wonder what it’s like at Christmas time in heaven;

Do the angels sing that song they sang so long ago?

Or is their “Peace on earth” all gone

‘Cause of all the things we’ve done

And they fold their wings in silence as they go?

Does the manger scene still stand in courts above?

While all the courts of earth below

Reject all good things we know

And destroy the One who came to them in love.
