Dear Lord, thank you for today, thank you for allowing me to look beyond myself, and giving me the courage to face things about me that I needed to change so you could take me to the next level of my life. So often I get rapped up in my wants, my needs, my emotions when there are so many other things other people around me that are of more importance. Though there are people that I truly love that have been challeging my patience , thank you for your word, because there is where I find refuge,where I find the peace and loving correction that I need to control my emotions.

Sometimes it's hard to understand why life takes the twists and turns that it does, from experience I know when you think that your on the right path going along just as you thought God had planned, then all of the sudden it spits you out far from where you thought it would lead. And unfortunatly sometimes your taking that path more times then you thought you would , and your living in the wilderness longer then you wanted to. Even though years might pass before you finally get it and you feel that your best years have been spent, thankfully we have a God that restores to us in full and then some what our foolishness and other people have stolen. And instead of looking at the wilderness as a negitive part of our lives we can look at it as not only a place that didn't kill us but prepared us for who God knew we were going to be.
