Artists nominations will be accepted from 10.01.06 until 11.31.06. From 12.01.06 to 12.31.06 fans will cast their votes to determine the 5 finalists for each category. The finalists will be announced 01.01.07. Voting to determine the winner will take place between 01.01.07 to 02.01.07. The final award winners will be announced on Saturday, March 31, 2007 in Franklin, TN. Artists do not need to be members of Indieheaven.com to be nominated, but they MUST join Indieheaven to receive votes and MUST attend the CIA Summit to accept their award if they win.
