What must I do to be saved?
The bible is the only book on earth whose author is god the creator. what better place to go for answers to our most important questions?
2 Timothy 3:16 - 1 " All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
2 Peter 1:20-21 Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
Who Is Jesus Christ?
You might think this is a silly question. But actually most people do not know that jesus is no other than God. He came to earth in the form of man to pay our penalty for sin.
John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.He was with God in the beginning.Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
John 1:10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him.
John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 10:30 I and the Father are one."
Lifes most Important consideration:

Our hope for etnal life is through jesus christ our lord. Through him we find forgiveness of sins --past or present and future. We also find peace ,joy, and pupose, when are lives are lived for Him.
What can God do for me?

2 Corinthians 5:21God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
Jeremiah17:9The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?
Genesis 6:5The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time.
Romans3:10/23As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one;for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
So what can i do about my sin problem? Repent.
Matthew 3:2and saying, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near.
Mark1:15"The time has come," he said. "The kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news!"
Luke13:3 I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.
Believe
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him.
John 5:24 I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life. 25I tell you the truth, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live.
John 6:28-29 Then they asked him, "What must we do to do the works God requires?" Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent."

Don't I also need good works?
Titus 3:5 He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
Romans 3:20 Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin.
Esphesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.
But will God save even me?
Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 10:13 for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Revelation 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.
When should I get Saved?
2 Corinthians 6:2 For he says,
"In the time of my favor I heard you,
and in the day of salvation I helped you." I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation.
