Prophecy - Open Heart
Posted On 03/29/2008 07:55:51

Heart Open

29th March 2008

Prophecy

My beloved children, keep your hearts open, keep my word open so my Spirit can lay riches of heaven into your hearts. The love of many will and is growing colder by the day. Seek my face, my love and I will pour abundant blessings into your lives and those of your families. Close not the Book of Life to those around you. You are my disciples and by your fruits you will known and your good deeds will reflect my glory.

My grace is sufficient for you this day, look not to the right nor to the left. Keep your eyes off the standards of the world. Lift up my name for all to see, I come in grace and truth and your love to others will make my name known.

I am the Light of the world, you walk amidst darkness, but you are my disciples, you are my feet, you are my heart. Walk closer to me each day and I will make your enemies fall to your feet.

Many have turned their back on me already, they know not whom they serve. My wisdom is foolishness to many but out of the mouths of babes I have ordained praise.

Seek my face early in the morning and I will bring forth new dew, new words, new mercies unto your lives and those around you.

Love your neighbour as yourself. Have I not commanded you be strong and of good courage, I will never leave you nor forsake you. Listen to my words only. The devil is a liar and a cheat and will fool many. Listen to my voice my beloved, my remnant.

Walking Wounded
28TH March 2008
Prophecy

My dear children, you know me and I know you, your salvation is secure in Me.  My Father is your father and I know the trials that are before you, I know the trials behind you and those difficulties you now face.  I am with you.  I know your broken heart, your broken dreams but delight yourself in Me, I will satisfy your heart with beautiful tender mercies. Look not unto the world for healing but unto me.  My love casteth out all fear my ways are not your ways nor the worlds ways.

You need no money, come buy from me clear water.  From my fountain it is not muddied by those who profess to be my shepherds.  They have muddied the waters and the residue they trample on afterwards they give to you.

My Word is a lamp unto your feet.  It is pure converting the soul.  Listen not to the world, or to religious words trampled on and those who say ā€˜saith the Lord’.

My voice you will know.  My directions you will know.  I am the Lord that health thee.  I am the Good Shepherd.

God bless jacs xx

Fear Not ...
Posted On 03/19/2008 07:37:49

ā€œBut now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mineā€ā€¦. Isaiah 43 v 1

There is a spiritual battle going on in my household over the salvation of my husband Ray. I met Ray 2 years ago and we fell in love and married. But there are several things that cause friction between us one is his love of the tv and the difference in our beliefs.

(thank you for all your prayers!). Last night Ray actually spoke out about the Bible having to be taken literally - this was a real breakthrough but the battle commences.

On my morning walk with Cindy I found myself speaking out from the Word of God and in fact some months ago put scriptures on my mobile phone, so I could listen to them. Whilst Cindy was digging on the beach I listened to Psalm 11 and Matthew 5. I also started to sing some praise hymns especially one about making the devil flee. I could only remember some of the words but hummed the rest.

At home still in fear and turmoil, not being able to shake the devil off my back Jesus met me in such a real way. He knows of my insecurities, fears and not being accepted and loved. I was led to the scripture John 11 and the verse was which shouted to me of his love was this:-

ā€œTherefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord behold, he whom thou lovest is sickā€

Through this scripture the Holy Spirit reminded of when Jesus came to me when I was sick back in 2004. For those who have not read my testimony the Risen Jesus revealed himself to me in an amazing way. I felt the love of Jesus so much this morning all my fears disappeared and was comforted in my distress. This was the reassurance I needed today.

Heavenly Father, I pray today that you will meet all the needs of your children today, this hour. May they know of your great love for them and that you hold them in the palm of your hands and none can be plucked out. May Jesus shower healing rain upon your children too and deep wounds and hurts taken and plunged into the sea forever! Renew our minds Lord and may we meditate more and more upon your Word and grow to love you more dearly and clearly. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen !

The Lord is my Shepherd....
Posted On 03/18/2008 10:22:16

ā€œThe Lord is my Shepherd I shall not be in wantā€ā€¦. Psalm 23 v 1

Over a year ago I heard the Lord audibly speak to me ā€˜The Lord is my shepherd I shall not be in want’. There was no mistaking it. It has brought great comfort to me at very low and trying times in my life over the last 18 months.

Today a yet deeper meaning to this psalm was revealed today from the Lord .One that I would like to share.

Who is your Shepherd? Who do you follow?

Many years ago in my local church, there was much prayer taking place for a new leader. There was great insistence that it should be a man of God and rightly so. As the weeks progressed it became clear that this was not happening.

This was the scripture the Lord laid on my heart at the time and again this morning.

ā€œBut the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him; for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heartā€ā€¦.. 1 Samuel 16 v 7

Why is this relevant today?

Too many leaders, teachers and Pastors are being elevated to such an extent that Jesus Christ has been demoted to a lesser place.

The sheep only known by Jesus and the Father himself are being scattered to wolves and wounds, deep wounds, are festering and hurting and there is no one to bind them up with salve only Jesus can give.

ā€œBut he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth, and the wolf catcheth them, and scattered the sheepā€ā€¦.. John 10 v 12

Look not unto the leaders for your salvation or healing but to the True Shepherd, Jesus.

As I turned to Jesus this morning in prayer and John 10 I talked to the Good Shepherd. His healing touch and loving words healed yet more of my deepest wounds that only Jesus can do.

Humility is the greatest strength...
Posted On 02/27/2008 09:19:51

For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us….. Romans 8 v 18

Paul was a very zealous religious leader and then he had an encounter with Jesus himself not only did he lose his sight but was humbled before all the other followers of Jesus. Paul accepted this, he did not fight against it. He has been transformed and his heart stilled before the presence of the Lord, then he regained his sight again both physically and spiritually.

Together with his testimony of Jesus Paul was then sent to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ too all who would listen.

I can always remember as a child sitting on a donkey called Patsy. They are such adorable creatures, small, inconsequential yet Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey.

He could have chosen a magnificent horse, or a parade of exotic animals with a gold chariot but no, Jesus Christ, the Son of God chose a donkey. Every time I read this it amazes me and humbles me.

The one who flung stars into space, who created light and dark. The very God who created everything that we see, including our selves, rode a donkey!

Jesus became a servant to us to show us how to serve one another. The first being last and the last being first. Since Satan fell because of his pride Jesus shows us the greatest humility. Humility is the greatest strength.

The disciple Peter balked at having his feet washed and it wasn’t until Jesus told him that unless he washed his feet he could have no part of Jesus.

Many believe Jesus to be just a good man, many even say His name but do not really know him.

ā€œI am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me-ā€ John 10 v 14.

ā€œIn the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.ā€ John 1 v 1

ā€œBut as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his nameā€ā€¦. John 1 v 13.

Are you going to let Jesus wash your feet so you can be part of Him?

I came across a very old hymn this morning and the words so struck me, I’ll just share them with you.

THERE IS A GREEN HILL FAR AWAY

OUTSIDE A CITY WALL

WHERE THE DEAR LORD WAS CRUCIFIED

WHO DIED TO SAVE US ALL.

WE MAY NOT KNOW, WE CANNOT TELL,

WHAT PAINS HE HAD TO BEAR,

BUT WE BELIEVE IT WAS FOR US

HE HUNG AND SUFFERED THERE.

HE DIED THAT WE MIGHT BE FORGIVEN,

HE DIED TO MAKE US GOOD,

THAT WE MIGHT GO AT LAST TO HEAVEN,

SAVED BY HIS PRECIOUS BLOOD.

THERE WAS NO OTHER GOOD ENOUGH

TO PAY THE PRICE OF SIN

HE ONLY COULD UNLOCK THE GATE

OF HEAVEN, AND LET US IN

O DEARLY, DEARLY HAS HE LOVED,

AND WE MUST LOVE HIM TOO,

AND TRUST IN HIS REDEEMING BLOOD,

AND TRY HIS WORKS TO DO.

(Cecil francs Alexander 1818-95)

God bless Jacs xx

Testimony of Meeting the Risen Jesus
Posted On 02/23/2008 04:07:15
TESTIMONY OF MEETING THE RISEN JESUS.....

I had a nervous breakdown and the doors shut on everything. When God told me it was time for healing I didn't really know what He was going to do. But I heard his voice when He asked me 'Do you trust me?'. I said yes but it was then everything fell apart. I did my back in so I couldn't work, I lost my flat, my mother took my daughter and was on medication and under the hospital for 3 weeks. I was then led onto a very strange path and was abused for the next 2 years but this in actual fact was my childhood abuse coming to a head as I was a victim of a paedophile ring. Very few know this about me and it has taken 7 years for the Lord to reveal the truth of this. When I came away from my abusive situation the Lord had told me He would meet me. He did in the flesh! I was walking up the hill with my dog where I lived. This man a stranger started walking with me and as I was debating which hill to take as I had a bad back I found myself walking up the steepest hill in my town and my back didn't twinch at all. He listened to all my troubles and I found as I walked with Him he knew my fears of man but at the end of the path he turned to me and smiled put his hand on my forehead. It was the most beautiful smile I have every seen. I knew something had happened to me and couldn't get his image out of my mind. As I asked the Lord to tell me who it was he simply said 'it was me'. Just like Isaiah and Ezekiel I couldn't say anything for a long time. The Lord leads me now to share when it is right. Many have not believe me but some have. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I met the Risen Lord just like Mary in the bible. 4 years down the road now I am completely off my medication and free of depression that I have had all my life since childhood because of the abuse. I love the Lord with all my heart and work online for him writing. I have trouble reading (although not the bible) but the Lord helps me.

The Church WITHOUT the Holy Spirit...
Posted On 02/21/2008 12:35:14

by Samuel Chadwick

The Church is the Body of Christ, and the Spirit is the Spirit of Christ. He fills the Body, directs its movements, controls its members, inspires its wisdom, supplies it's strength. He guides into truth, sanctifies its agents, and empowers for witnessing. The Spirit has never abdicated
His authority nor relegated His power. Neither Pope nor Parliament, neither Conference nor Council is supreme in the Church of Christ. The Church that is man-managed instead of God-governed is doomed to failure.

A ministry that is College-trained but not Spirit-filled works no miracles. The Church that multiplies committees and neglects prayer may be fussy, noisy, enterprising, but it labors in vain and spends its strength for nought. It is possible to excel in mechanics and fail in dynamic. There is a superabundance of machinery; what is wanting is power. To run an organization needs no God. Man can supply the energy, enterprise, and enthusiasm for things human.

The real work of a Church depends upon the power of the Spirit. The Presence of the Spirit is vital and central to the work of the Church. Nothing else avails. Apart from Him, wisdom becomes folly, and strength weakness. The Church is called to be a "spiritual house" and a holy priesthood. Only spiritual people can be its "living stones," and only the Spirit-filled its priests.

The Church always fails at the point of self-confidence. When the Church is run on the same lines as a circus, there may be crowds, but there is no Shekinah. That is why prayer is the test of faith and the secret of power. The Spirit of God travails in the prayer-life of the soul. Miracles are the direct work of His power, and without miracles the Church cannot live. The carnal can argue, but it is the Spirit of God that convicts.

Education can civilize, but it is being born of the Spirit that saves. The energy of the flesh can run bazaars, organize amusements, and raise millions; but it is the presence of the Holy Spirit that makes a Temple of the Living God. The root-trouble of the present distress is that the Church has more faith in the world and in the flesh than in the Holy Ghost, and things will get no better till we get back to His realized presence and power. The breath of the four winds would turn death into life and dry bones into mighty armies, but it only comes by PRAYER!

Holy Spirit...
Posted On 02/15/2008 04:45:41

But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

Weeping may come at night but Joy cometh in the morning! Only the Lord can lift you up! There is none like Him! Praise His name!

As the Spirit moved inside Ezekiel he stood up.

Thou our soul be downcast the Lord lifts us up! It is his purpose never to leave us in the pit.

Why?

He has plans for us!

So you see if you have left everything to follow Jesus He will give it all back to you a hundredfold and yes with persecutions because to follow Jesus Christ is costly and it is the Truth and today we are all born for such a time as this.

Doors will open, many doors to shut but take heart Jesus has already won the victory.

Today humble yourselves before His Mighty Hand and ask for a fresh filling of the Holy Spirit so that the words come true 'There is therefore now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus, who walk not in the flesh but in the SPIRIT. This is so important to walk in the Spirit.

Jesus' yoke is easy and His burden light! Let Him cast off all your worries and cares. Know that He is Lord of all, Lord of every circumstance and will only give you as much as you can bear.

I praise God because this morning He took the burden of my family from me and I know it is and their future is in His hands. I have been willing, obedient and have forgiven them all their errors of harm to me.

May God bless you, may His face shine upon you and may His will be done in our generation.

Grace ....
Posted On 02/13/2008 11:06:22
Grace.....

The prick of the needle,
Blood scarlet red,
Drops onto the sheet of sin,
Coloured strands,
Emerge,
Butterfly.

A change is wrought,
Tiresome thoughts,
Beauty robbed, darkened,
The bud still closed,
Protected.

Wait patiently,
For His Hands,
His Word,
Nourishing,
Black thoughts swept away,
Cleansed,
The battle belongs to the Lord.

Let His will be done,
Patience,
Wait,
In faith wait,
The petals,
Begin,
To open,
Grace.
