Gone with the Wind is one of my favorite romance movies...pretty scandalous for the time it was made but a classic! I have many favorites thou, for instance... Forrest Gump, Pirates of the Carribean, Robin Hood, Fried Green Tomatoes, KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, and The Titanic...just to name a few...

I like to do Interior Decorating, I enjoy scrapbooking from time to time, I love to do land scaping and gardening, cooking for and entertaining my family and friends,I love having them come and having a full house! I love sitting out on summer nights under the stary sky,and lying out in the pool during the sunny days and looking at all the beauty that surrounds me, the forest that surrounds our property, the hill sides (small mountains) and their majesty, this land and sky that make me feel so tiny in the scheme of things. I am amazed at all that God has made for us.

Now I can better appreciate the old saying men are from mars and women are from venus!) I like romance novel type books but have changed who I read according to my beliefs. The Bible of course. I have read a series about the Women of the Bible, and they were so fasinating to me, I Loved reading them! I think they were written by Francine Rivers. (I borrowed them so I don't remember now)

Hi all, It's been a while, I have an anouncement. My oldest child Amanda gave birth to a baby boy on Nov, 17th. He was born 6 wks early (original due date was DEC. 24th 2007) But GOD is SO GOOD, he arrived with very little complications...he wieghed in at 5 lbs and 8oz and was 18" long. Not too shabby for 6 wks early huh?! PRAISE GOD! :) His name Is Gabriel, after the angel that announced our saviour JESUS the night he was born. I am so thankful for his safe arrival, and for my daughters awesome faith and walk in her life! Gabe went home with his parents after only 10 days stay in the hospital. :) I am a Wife and Mother of Four children. I will put them in order as to their ages. First is my Daughter Amanda, she is 28, then my sons Cameron age 18, Mitch age 16 and last but certainly not the least Shaun who is 15. They are all Great Kids! I don't know what I would do with out them! I am so truly Blessed! I am also a ChildCare Provider. Most of the kids call me "Auntie" Some call me Momma, and one calls me Maw!:) I love them all as if they were my own! Some might say it is my calling in life, I Believe it is a Blessing! I never thought I was doing any thing really,... My friends and family asked me a long, long time ago when I went home to start my second family, to take care of their children so they didn't have to take them to a Child Care....and before I knew it I had my own! I didn't realize other people didn't feel the same way I did about children, I thought everyone loved kids like me, but as it turns out, I guess other people don't have the same ability to Love and Care for other peoples children. Wow, That really surprised me! I have gone back and forth as years have gone by, finding a "Real Job" but I now Believe God always brings the children back into my home, and puts me back on the path HE wants me to be doing! So, I decided I should just listen to him, and Thank HIM for his Grace and this Wonderful Blessing! :) I call my ChildCare "Robin's Nest" and over the years have taken care of so many children I often loose track of how many! Many of them and their Families have become like extended family. I am also a lover of animals, I have four dogs and three cats whom we love like they are family too! We have rescued many and found homes for some too over the years. We live in the country so there are many who wander up, are lost or abandoned,... it is sad what people do to animals. We try to do what we can. I adore my friends and family, and love having our home full with them when they come. I was born and raised in Michigan but, in 1999 at the age of 39, my now ex husband relocated from his job at AC Spark Plug in Flint MI. We were going throu a divorce at that time and he asked to relocate with him so our sons could still have their dad with them. I came along, of course! although it was a difficult chose because my daughter was 19 at the time and in college. She had her own place by then but did not expet or want her family to move away from her! We wanted her to relocate with us but she did not want to leave her collrge, and was ingaged to be married too. She could not think of leaving her Grandma there either...but we had to go for my ex's job....it was a terrible situation at best. My ex and the boys and I, all came here for a weekend to have a "look & see" and I knew this is where I belonged! That sounds contradictive because of the situation with our daughter, but she was beginning a new life too...oh my goodness it has been so hard being away from her all these years! I am torn between two states. I hate not being with my daughter and the rest of my family too, but when I go back to visit it doesn't feel like home anymore. When I have to come back I feel sad to leave them all behind then as we approach the boarder of Indiana and Kentucky I am filled with excitement to be back home again! It's strange and sad and wonderful all at once. I have since remarried. My Husband Is Ron, I do believe we were "meant to be" and that "broken Roads" lead us together! :) We have 6 children between us, my four and his two...kinda like the "Brady Bunch." We have had alot of ups and downs over the years but God has always shown us the way! Praise God :)

I Love my Husband and kids and our familys and friends! I love God and Country. Gardening (indoors & out) and I love animals, and Children of all ages. Hanging out at our pool in the summer, and looking at the Beauty and Spender that God paints in the fall. Scrapbooking is fun too. I used to do it when I was a kid, and my daughter has turned me on to it again :) I Love Interior Decorating and decorating our back porch and yard for the holidays too.

I try not to dislike people or make judgements, I believe that until you walk a mile in someone elses shoes you can not understand why they are a certain way or who they are or where they come from...I believe in the saying "You never know what goes on Behind closed doors" and Things arent always what they apprear...When I do think I dislike someone I pray real hard for God to Forgive me and for understanding and for his will to be done.
