Bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the Lord O my soul and forget not all of His benefits. Bless the Lord O my soul for He forgives all my iniquities. Bless the Lord O my soul for He heals all of my diseases. Bless the Lord O my soul for He redeems my life from destruction and crowns me with loving kindness and tender mercies. Bless the Lord O my soul for He gives me new mercies every morning. Bless the Lord O my soul for He satisfies my mouth with good things so that my youth is renewed like the eagle's (Psalm 103:3-5; Lamentations 3:22,23)
