how come my back ground isnt working? the code is in and everything but it's not working

bulletins! where did they go! i need my bulletins back..i dont like blogs they bother me...i only want my friends seeing some of the things i put up cuz their personal and it's hard sending out that many messenges...and yea i wish they would come back...

*sigh* it seems as if all my friends went sucidal this holiday season. why now towards the holidays. omgoodness Idk I'm soooo confused right now it's not even funny. oh their still alive god didnt let them die. hmmm when are the gonna realize that only god holds the key to your death? it's true says so in the bible Revelation 1:18b. oh my sooo sad the happyest part of the year is the time when all i know goes suicidal. *sigh*
