Our Father
Jesus taught us to pray like this:
Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be thy name; Thy kingdom. Thy will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who offend us, let us not fall into temptation and lĂbranos of evil.
If we reflect the above:
We should not say Father, if not we behave like children.
No. We say, if we live isolated in our selfishness.
Do not say you're in heaven, if only we look for things earthly.
Do not say Thy Kingdom; only if we want economic success and material.
Do not say Thy will be done, if not accept it when it is painful and difficult.
Do not say give us this day our bread; if we do not care about the people with hunger, for those in need of housing and living in so many brothers in the world in absolute poverty.
Do not say Forgive us our trespasses, if not forgive all those who owe us something and really can not afford it, or if any grudge to keep our neighbor.
Do not say we will not let fall into Temptation, if we have no intention to dominate our disordered passions, our envy and pride.
Do not say lĂbranos of Evil, if we are not indifferent and there is a continuous struggle to do good, and take seriously the words:

Answer Fear with Faith
When fear comes knocking at our door, we must
answer it with faith because nothing else is
effective against it. Prayer is the major
vehicle that carries faith.
And whatever you ask for in prayer, having faith and
believing, you will receive.
