MUSIC

I listen to Christ-Centered music 90% of the time. My All-Time Favorite band is Petra (they retired at the end of 2005). I also like Stryper; Bride;Resurrection Band(aka Rez Band and Rez; Guardian among others. When I want to mellow out I like to listen to Steven Curtis Chapman, Sandy Patti, Steve Green--most anything in Christian Pop/Rock I'll give a listen to. I also enjoy listening to (when not listening to Christian music) Kansas, Chicago, Journey, Stevie Wonder(60's & 70's stuff); Carpenters; America; Beach Boys; Beatles; Elvis and Johnny Cash to name a few.

I'm a 44 yr. old Grandpa! my wife and I are so excited about being Grand Parents. I've lived in the South Bend/Mishawaka area most of my life. I grew up here. I work as a Hotel Night Auditor for the Residence Inn by Marriott-South Bend. I've worked there for 17 years. Before that I worked at, what was then called, The Court of Flags Hotel in Orlando FL for just short of 4 years.

Dear Friends, I'm sorry I haven't been around much the past few weeks. This month has been a crazy one, hasn't it? But you haven't been far from my heart and prayers. I look forward to things slowing down so I can get back to posting to you on a regular basis! You are the greatest blessings and angels to come into my life! I wish you all a very blessed and wonderful Christmas. I pray that it is everything you dreamed it to be. Prayer for the Day

Dear Heavenly Father, I do want to be close to You, so help me to spend the time in prayer, and reading Your Word in order to make that a reality. And Lord, when You do speak something to my heart, help me to obey You and not resist the things You are asking me to do. Lord, I also want to be a peacemaker, so fill my mouth with Your Words of wisdom when I encounter an opportunity to minister to those who are opposed to each other. Also, help me to remain in peace with those in my circle of acquaintances. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
