I kindly ask for prayer concerning my mother. She is an alcoholic, de-toxing in a hospital. She also has a mass in her pancreas, brought on by excessive alcohol abuse, which could be cancerous. She is saved. Please pray for her health, but, most importantly, that she allow God to work in her life, to fill her with hope, and to be obedient. Also, pray for her being submissive to a treatment program that can get to the root of her drinking, one which makes God the focus, and not a 12 step program. I ask for prayer for wisdom as well, I am the oldest, and have the best ability to grab her ear. Thank you

Dear Lord, I come to you in prayer for this fellow Christian's mother. Lord please let her begin to listen and act with her heart and not with her head. Lift her up from this illness of alcohol and heal her Lord. Let her see the beauty of your face Lord and come back to you. Lord, I pray that you will give this fellow Christian guidance in reaching his mother before it is too late. Lord let your light shine through all his actions and words in such a way that his mother will not be able to turn away. I ask all these things Lord in your glorious name. AMEN

Dear Lord I lift up this mother too you.  Lord you see the struggles she faces, with each new day, help her to be strong and find hope and trust in you.
Bring into her eyes and heart an honesty that sees her true situation, and how it is tearing at her children and destroying her body.  Lord let her find support in your goodness and guidance to do what's right.  Be with her son, as he stands faithful to his mother, and tries to help her.  Give him wisdom and strength.  Let her be released from her addiction and discover a renewed joy in living from this day forward. In Jesus Name I pray..... Amen

Will keep your mom very close in Prayer that she may find a God of her understanding. I Pray for you as well to find some peace with this and know she is in good hands. I Pray her health will get better as well as her mind body & Spirit.
