Hello friends!

My name is Michael, and along with my wife I run the Sermon Select Online website. I'm a recording engineer by trade, recording albums for countless bands. Actually the studio that I used to work for was Christian owned, so I've worked with a ton of "contemporary/alternative" Christian bands... though I prefer old time gospels and hymns. I've spent about 26 of my years playing music in bands (punk, rockabilly, blues, garage, etc.), and am also a record label owner. 

I'm married (which is odd that I've already recieved a message from a young lady in some far-off country asking if I'd like to court her!), and have 3 beautiful "gifts" from God, ages 10, 8. and 5. We live in God's country i.e. Middle Tennessee.

My real hope is to spread the Gospel through our site - especially into the four corners of the earth, thus helping in our small way to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ.

 

I do need some friends here, though. Its quite awkward meeting new folks in a medium such as this...

Am I just too old?

I really hope that you are not too old, considering that I am way older than you are ( I have grandkids).  It does become hard because it does seem like this is medium for the younger generation, but it is not there are some really nice people here that probably feel too old also. :)
