im dealing with heavy habitual sins, pornography and ritual masturbation, and i know its all wrong but i dont have enough of a solid relationship with the lord to draw from his strength and to be able to resist temptation

with what to do with my one on one time with the lord, i know reading the word, but how do i do it relationaly and not religiously, please someone help
