I have been asking the same question and have received NO replies.  I am very upset with Jcfaith for this.  Can't find a way to delete my account either.

 If you wish to have your account deleted it must be done by a staff member. Just send me a message including the e-mail address for the account so I can verify the request and I will delete it for you.
