Yeah...so I read it... still doesn't show me all these "greek scholars" you're talking about.  I see one guy writing one review that is positive.  Nothing spectacular, nothing to write home about.  And this Decker fellow... I could find nothing on him.  So he's not exactly a "noted Greek Scholar."  So is this your huge list of Greek scholars that are waiting to beat my face in?

You asked for one but this is not one .This organazation critiques every Bible and has many scholars in it.

That proves nothing.  I've never heard of that magazine.  It's obviously not THAT reputable.  Which scholars does it have in it?

And just because he's purchased a copy doesn't mean anything.  I own several copies of differing translations.  Does that mean I endorse all of them?  No.  Even if they are good translations, that doesn't mean that just because I bought them means they're the win.  

By the way... it's "replies," and "lose," not "replys" and "loose."

At first, I read this ongoing rhetoric with a sense of hope that some truth would become known to all reading these posts. Now I am in fact sickened that it has become a jousting contest of belittlement between two pronounced brothers in the faith. I pray that each of you would stop baiting each other. My elementary school age children fight with the same repertoire and honestly, I believe continuation of such practices will result in the loss of respect by me and other members reading these posts. This would be unfortunate because each of us has something to add to the body of Christ.
