I really don't know where to start. I guess I will do my best. Seven years  ago my sons father died of a cocaine overdose, his fathers family didn't tell me his father was dead and gained custody of him. For seven years I couldn't find him, hadn't seen him and didn't get to talk to him. In the beggining part of November I finally was able to find him due to his myspace page. I was able to see him and talk to him for the first and only time on December first. He is having alot of problems. He is in foster care(foster parent being the woman his father was with when he died) I have been going to court to try and gain custody of him but the foster parent wants to adopt him and she lets him do what he wants so he wants to be there. Anyway I went to court yesterday for a hearing to see where we were at because he is dependant on the state right now. I have done everything they have asked of me, but now my son doesn't want to see or talk to me and in order for him to live with me we have to establish a relationship. I know that he is being told that if he doesn't then his foster mom can adopt him. He said yesterday in court that as far as he was concerned that I was just like his father dead to him. That tore me apart. I am asking for prayer not only for strength for myself to make it through all of this but I would like prayer of understanding and change of heart for my son. I beleive in my heart that God wouldn't have placed him back in my life if I wasn't ment to have him. I just really need lots of prayers and lots of Gods love. Thank you all.
