Is breathing optional?  Cause sometimes I feel like it is the hardest thing in the world just to take a breath.  There is a tightness around my heart right now and those old familliar feelings of dread are flowing in around my mind.   

I am really struggling right now, please pray for me.  I don't want to feel like this, there is too much life out there, too much to do, too many people to help and reach to and pray for, and I am finding it difficult to even breathe.  I ache inside something awful.

Thank you all so much for your prayers.  There has been so much going on, but God is so awesome and His healing hand has been on my family big time.  I think it is harder to deal with my feelings when I am so worried about my family and trying to make everything okay for them.  I needed to sit and take care of me.  I have had my time alone to heal and now my time with some of my family to heal.  God is awesome how He watches over all of us.  Thank you all for your prayers, they made such a difference.
