Hey guys, I am new to this site and I need prayer in the worst kind of way.  My wife and I are seperating and I've just discovered that she had an affair with my best friend of 30 years... yes we've known eachother our whole lives, he's like a brother to me and I trusted him completely.  I ask for prayer for my wife and her new journey.  I ask for prayer for my friend and that he would do what's right and stop denying what happened and ask for forgivness.  And I would like to ask for prayer for me... my world has been crushed, blended, chewed up and spit back out into the fire.  I need the Holy Spirit more than ever... HELP!!!

  I pray fervently for you!  I hope maybe we can become friends, but that aside.  I pray God will wrap you up in His arms, that He will comfort you, give you a sense of peace and security.  I pray he will calm you.  I pray He will help you to draw closer to Him and to see yourself as He sees you. You are a wonderfully created man, who is precious and worth much to Him.  He loves you more than you will ever know and I know He has a plan for your life.  I pray also for your wife that she will seek Him to guide her and that she would think about what has happened and look to Him and draw closer to Him in her future path. I pray she would seek repentance for her actions and would receive mercy from Him.  I pray for your friend that he too would seek to draw closer to God.  That he would see what he has done and ask forgiveness and repentance and receive mercy.  That he would seek God in what to do in the future and that he would see God's will.  I pray His will be done in all your lives as well as in the situation.  I pray you would feel His love and Presence each moment of the days and weeks to come.  I don't have a clue how you are feeling but I can offer my sympathy and comfort.  If you would like to talk, I am here for you with a ear to listen and open arms. Happy Easter and hang in there , Hun,  It'll be okay.

yes lord we come together in agreement father that you would entervene in this situation,you know the situation father we ask that you loose angels to minister to all those involved so that they may seek you for forgiveness and guidence..thank you lord for loveing us your will be done and not ours in jesus mighty name amen

 

hey brother my heart and prayers remain with you brother,although it may be a hard time for you,jesus loves you friend,and look what he has done .god brought these people together in love and support you are not alone..,you are loved and appreciated...god bless you brother

Thank you for all your continued prayers and support.  I have forgiven my wife and she has repented.  I spoke with my "ex-best friend" and offered my forgivness as well.  I still forgive him but can never forget and though I don't wish him any harm... I never want to speak to or see him ever again.

Hey guys,

Well... I had a bunch of friends praying for me, specifically for clarity and as always, God delivered.  I now know that my only option is to divorce and go our seperate ways...  Even the Elders at my church agree that I have done all I can do.  Thank you so much for all your prayers and encouragement.
