hey everyone please pray for me i am trying so hard right now to fight my depression and anxiety but it has gotten so bad and it is scaring me,i have been suffering from depression since i was about twelve but it has never been this bad,it started a few days ago and it's awful and frightning,i dont feel like myself at all and it makes me feel like i wont get better i see now why some people commit suicide over this,please i need your prayers badly,thank you all and God bless.

Hello, I just read your post and wanted to let you know that I will pray for you and put you on my prayer list. Depression, as I am sure you are aware, knows no boundaries, and the cause is really unknown, but could be a chemcial imbalance. I have a dear friend at the moment is going through what you are feeling.

I guess one question I would like to ask is are you talking any medication? It is not uncommon for symptoms to return, so my advice to you is to call your doctor tomorrow, but it was good that you recognized this and sought prayer! The power of prayer is awesome.

I have suffered depression, panic disorder, was diagnosed with post traumatic stress, and anxiety, I choose NOT to take medicine. Everything that I do starts with prayer and I use natural supplements. I also so deep breathing and relaxing excercises.

I know that it is easy for me to say hang in there, but my gut tells me that you are bright and intelligent. Use your faith - give your burden to GOD...

I know you are scared. If you need to talk, please do not hesitate to send me a message. I would be happy to talk with you. In the meantime, I have asked GOD to uplift you with his love and his glory and to ease your burdens.

Heavenly Father wrap your loving/comforting arms around my dear and special friend Andrea.  I plead the blood over her and this depression she has Lord Jesus take it away and give her peace and joy and strength to lean on you and to trust you will bring her through.  Satan I rebuke you out of Andrea's life get your claws out of her in the NAME OF JESUS leave her alone.  Lord God cast him out and never let him touch your child again.   Andrea is a very special person and friend and I love her and I want the best for her and for her to have peace of mind/soul/ and spirit which can only come from you.  I ask this all in YOUR PRECIOUS HOLY NAME   AMEN.

Love you so much friend  I and always here for you - you can yell - scream - or cry and I'll be here.  Your friendship means alot to me and I want you to be okay.

Anxiety=fear,      Fear= false-evidence-appearing-real

A good friend of mine sent me this! I also suffer from anxiety and panic disorder. It is very real and unless you have experienced it you would never understand what its like. We also know, as believers, that fear doesn't come from God. Satan is the great deceiver and preys on our fear and weaknesses. We need to stand against his lies. When anxiety hits me hard I try to remember to go to the bible and put on the full armor of God. This seems to help me. When we have an anxiety attack, it becomes worse because the attacks are very scary, fear makes the attacks even worse. I also try to concentrate on my breathing, if i get too scared i end up hyperventilating......so try to breath normally when under an attack.

Dear heavenly father I come against this spirit of depression and I command it to leave Andrea right now In your precious Name. I ask you Lord to quiet her spirit and let her trust in you like my other sisters and brother said let her begin to speak out faith scriptures in Jesus Name.

Andrea,begin to speak Gods words out loud and know that His words cannot lie. you are a child of God the devil has no power over you when you speak the word of God. Do not give the devil a foothold. Tell him you walk in freedom and you will not be depressed. Then begin to rejoice and put on some uplifting praise and worship music when ever you can and worship Jesus and thank Him for your healing.

I will keep lifting you up Andrea. God bless you and give you strength to get through this with the VICTORY. Amen!

I am so sorry that you are struggling.  I know how sad and lonely depression can be.  Please know that I am praying for you and that He is with you.  God will never leave you nor forsake you.
