Since I've upgraded to Quicktime 7.13, my nor anyone else's slideshows work when I log on. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for replying! I finally found the issue. Here's the solution in case anyone else has the problem. The problem: Quicktime symbol with a question mark replaced Flash content entirely when using Firefox Mozilla as your browser. Solution: Remove the file "pluginreg.dat" from the "Firefox" or "Mozilla" folder in the profile folder location. Additionally, remove any "npqt*.dll" files found in the Mozilla Suite or Firefox installation directorys plugins folder. In His Love, Terry (Avidreader) |
