***The Bible's View On Dating***
(Genesis 2:18)-Now The Lord God Said It Is Not Good For The Man To Be Alone.I Will Make A Helper Suitable For Him.
God Is Not Denying Us Companionship,He Knows We Desire It.However He Does Tell Paul That The Best Way To Be Is Unmarried.
(1 Corinthians 7:8-9)-Now To The Widows And Unmarried I Say:It Is Good For Them To Stay Unmarried As I Am.But If They Cannot Control Themselves,They Should Marry For It Is Better To Marry Than To Burn With Passion.
However God Also Says Even Though Staying Unmarried Is Best If We Cannot Control Ourselves Then We Should Marry.God Knows How Tempting Sexual Sin Is.For Almost Every Sin In The Bible God Says
(James 4:7)-Submit Yourselves,Then,To God.Resist The Devil, And He Will Flee From You
But For Sexual Immorality God Says
(1 Corinthians 6:18-20)-FLEE FROM SEXUAL IMMORALITY.Every Sin That A Man Does Is Outside The Body, But He Who Commits Sexual Immorality Sins Against His Own Body.Or Do You Not Know That Your Body Is The Temple Of The Holy Spirit Who Is In You, Whom You Have From God, And You Are Not Your Own?For You Were Bought At A Price; Therefore Glorify God In Your Body And In Your Spirit, Which Are God's.
God Is Not Only Strict On Sexual Immorality But He Is Also Very Strict And Specific On Who We Date And Marry.
(2 Corinthians 6:14-18)-Do Not Be Unequally Yoked Together With Unbelievers. For What Fellowship Has Righteousness With Lawlessness? And What Communion Has Light With Darkness? And What Accord Has Christ With Belial? Or What Part Has A Believer With An Unbeliever? And What Agreement Has The Temple Of God With Idols? For You Are The Temple Of The Living God. As God Has Said:I Will Dwell In Them And Walk Among Them.I Will Be Their God,And They Shall Be My People. Therefore "Come Out From Among Them And Be Separate,Says The Lord.Do Not Touch What Is Unclean And I Will Recieve you.I Will Be A Father To You,And You Shall Be My Sons And Daughters,Says The Lord Almighty
(1 Corinthians 7:1)-Therefore, Having These Promises, Beloved, Let Us Cleanse Ourselves From All Filthiness Of The Flesh And Spirit, Perfecting Holiness In The Fear Of God.
Paul Makes It Openly Obvious On Where God Stands On The Issue
Now..How Far Is TOO Far??
How Far Should You Go Physically With Someone You Date.
If You Have To Ask If You Went TOO Far,You Probably Did.
To Decide On Your Physical Limits Remember..
Anyone Who Thinks Of Sex Is Commiting Lust In His/Her Heart And Also Remember Anything You Do That Leads To Sex,Or Things That Make You Think Of Sex Are Unpure And Against God's Word.Have Sex Only When You Married And With Who You Are Married To.
For More Help Look At
(Philippians 4:8-9)-Finally, Brethren, Whatever Things Are True, Whatever Things Are Noble, Whatever Things Are Just, Whatever Things Are Pure, Whatever Things Are Lovely, Whatever Things Are Of Good Report, If There Is Any Virtue And If There Is Anything Praiseworthy—Meditate On These Things. The Things Which You Learned And Received And Heard And Saw In Me, These Do, And The God Of Peace Will Be With You
Paul Makes It Clear That You Shouldn't Try To Just Stay Neutral In Situations But Instead To Think And Move Towards The Good.

Discrimate love, or appreciate love. To disobey God's commandments in that situation is to say that the love you have for another human is greater than the love you have for them and in The Gospels Jesus states if you love any more than him your not worthy of Heaven. So remember the 2 most important commandments in the Bible are Loving God 1ST and then Others.
Matthew 22:37-40....It does say God first. That simple.

One reason we are not to date unbelievers is because we are commanded to. What does light have to do with darkness? Or the temple of god with the world? Bad company corrupts good morals. This isn't to say that we shouldn't evangelize, this is dating we're talking about. But the problem is that we're Americans so we always want to go to the exception and make a rule. If we are really honest what would you say if you were dating a non-chritian and one of your christian friends/parent/clergy asked about their spiritual status? I've never heard anyone say, "He's a pagan and doesn't love God. But he's fine and I don't want to let him go!" Nah, it's always, "Well she's not as spiritual as I would like her to be..." or "Well he doesn't go to church like all the time...." And then we go to God and say "God will you bless me in this? Will you bless me in this relationship that you have strictly forbidden? Will you bless my sin as I continue to pursue what you say I should not have?" That's what it sounds like anyway. It is absolutely clear that we should not be unequally yoked. For if we place love above Christ then what does that say about us? Or our relationship with God? It makes us liars if we say that God is the most important. I'm being blunt here because even at the young age of 24 I have watched brother after brother and sister after sister fall into this trap. And then they get married and all of sudden they want God to change their mate when they got exactly what they asked for. God will gives up what we ask for, especially in marriage. I've seen it in my family and in the divorces in my family. But I have also seen it in absolute beauty in those relationships that are built on Christ. It is those that withstand the weight of the world.
