Pray for Uncle Bob

	Hello friends.. Please pray for Rev. Robert Smith, affectionately known to many, as Uncle Bob... When I was 16, i was a ward of the state and a very troubled young girl.. Uncle Bob and his wife, my sweet aunt Joannie, raised up a ministry, a home for troubled girls, called Nikos (greek for Victory) Academy, in Williamstown NJ.. They have both been retired many years now and the home has since been turned into a Ranch Hope for Girls... I was the very first graduate of Nikos, back in 1980, and went on to attend liberty Baptist that next year... I hate to think where i would be, had it not been for this precious man of God and his wife, who had a burden for troubled young girls ..Uncle Bob has been the closest thing to an earthly father, that i have ever known...Back in 2003, my husband and I renewed our wedding vows, and Uncle Bob officiated...He underwent open heart surgery Nov. 13 th, and is not doing well, almost 5 weeks later.. He has a hacking cough, which as you can imagine, hurts his already sore chest, and he is feeling a bit down and discouraged..he has no appetite and has lost significant weight.. Please pray that God would encourage and strengthen his body and his spirit...Also, please pray for sweet Aunt joan, that she would be filled with peace and strenght during this uncertain time..Thank you for your prayers, and may God richly bless each and every one of you who read this message....

We pray for Uncle Robert's healing/Aunt Joan's peace in knowing-that tonight our Lord hears our prayers- and is under way in touching the Smith's in a mighty huge way. We now wait Lord for the praise report in Jesus name.

	Uncle Bob is in my prayers as well as many others on this site.....It is so great that you can reach out to fellow Christians and know that we all are here in your time of need. I am praying that God give Uncle Bob the strength he needs to overcome this. He is a Man after Gods own heart and we just pray healing over him right now in the name of Jesus.
