I could (of course) be mistaken, but I'm thinking that you have in mind the quote "laughter is the best medicine" - this is not Scripture and I can't recall any Bible text that suggests that laughter contributes to good health (I think there is medical research that might demonstrate that it does, but I don't believe there is some specific Biblical text that advances the idea).

In Proverbs 17:22 It says: A merry heart do-eth good like a medicine.

Not sure if you wanted to know the meaning of the scripture or just where is was mentioned in the Bible.

If you look up[ Merry],& [ do-eth] in your dictionary it will help you understand. I have a dictionary with me when I study because it has different meanings on a lot of words. I started using it a long time ago when I wanted to learn more on Proverbs.
