my grandfather died in april of this year from cancer.  it was very hard on my family to watch him struggle.  we have great joy in knowing that he is with jesus now but as christmas nears it will be very emotional for me and my family.  so i just ask that you guys would keep us in your prayers this season that we may be able to draw on the strength of god and those around us to make it through this first christmas without my grandfather.
