In Tennessee they want to pass a law that !@#$ marriage is ok and it isn't so pray that they wont get it. The lord is what instuted marriage.

I agree with you. !@#$ marriage is wrong. Marriage should be between a man and a woman. I also think abortion is wrong.

I wouldn't worry too much about it.

By and large, despite what the media would have us think, the majority of Americans are Christians with a good insight into what God's will is for our lives.

These !@#$ marriage propositions have failed in every state they have been proposed in, including my own very liberal California (I am a conservative, but not a Republican), and by wide margins.

The problem is too many of us are silent and apathetic regarding our responsibility as Christians to use the vote to promote our values. Let us pray rather that God's will was served by the vote last Tuesday and in future elections.
