Lucifer was a cherub given the authority to guard the mercy seat of Christ before pride overtook him and he rebelled against God. An interesting study is found in Ezekiel 28. Lucifer is referred to as the prince and king of Tyre. He was the king of Tyre before he was demoted when he rebelled. In verse 18, you will see how he will be destroyed. I hope you enjoy this study.
