Tonight, January 21, 2007, one of my dearest friends in Yahoo 360, Jamie, sent it to me in an e-mail. All it said in the subject line was "If you want to know who you are..." I never even told her I was looking for it!!! This may have been a gift from Jamie tonight, but it was just as much a gift directly from the hand of God. He is so good! He knows just what we need, exactly when we need it, and he knows just how to get what we need to us. She may never know how much I am crying right now, how much I cried as I watched it, and how much I was touched by her simple act of kindness and love. This song means so much to me (see my first blog entry to understand why). And please, as I share this simple little story with you, no matter what you are going through, where you have been, where you are headed, simply remember this...You are His. I hope you enjoy it! Hi! I'm Toni, I'm 38 years old and a born again believer in Jesus Christ since 1992. I guess that would actually make me 14 years old! I knew I was really just getting younger anyway. :O) I am a wife and mother of three special needs boys. My oldest son is a high functioning austic. He's cute, loveable, and ultimately bright and intelligent. He just comes with a whole host of challenges, but I've already seen God do a tremendous work in his life and expect to see God do more in all three of my children. My husband is both a preacher and a manager at a local convenience store. We've been happily married for almost 12 years now. I also carry a full time career on the side as a director of a team of systems analyst specializing in imaging and workflow solutions...if fitting that in is at all possible...Oh, wait, with God all things are! :O) My life is full to say the least, and I am quite certain this isn't the kind of "fullness" Jesus said he came to give us. Balancing it all is a constant struggle, but with all that said, I promise to do my best to stay in touch with everyone as often as possible. I just ask folks to have patience with me along the way if I am slow to respond...especially considering I travel quite a bit, and am often out of town.

He produces a daily devotional for workplace believers called TGIF - Today God Is First! Os Hillman possesses a unique, interesting, and often relevant perspective for the kinds of issues, challenges, struggles, pitfalls, etc....experienced by the workplace believer. One of the few that I have seen especially equipped and anointed for this type of ministry...a critical ministry in my mind considering a significant number of Christians fall into this category!!! You can also tell that he speaks from his heart, his own personal experiences, and lessons that God has taught him along the way while he was in the workplace himself. These devotionals have really blessed and spoken directly into some of the situations I have found myself in at work, home, etc. I know God has used his ministry this past year to personally speak or to confirm something He [God] has spoken directly into my life. I thank God for Os Hillman's ministry, and pray God continues to bless and honor the work he is doing there.
