Contemporary Worship, old-time hymns, golden oldies, classic rock, country, and blues. Favorite artists; Mercy-Me, Casting Crowns, Jeremy Camp, Switchfoot, and Matt Redman. My favorite activities are; ballroom dancing, movies, dinner out, volleyball, reading, computer, hiking, camping, and walking along the beach. I do like allot of other outdoor activities.

I am a "born-again" Christian, trusting in Jesus Christ's atoning work; His death, burial and resurrection as the completed, sufficient work for my salvation. Nothing else is needed, but for me to accept His gift of eternal life. I could never earn my way to heaven, and He doesn't need my help to get me there, or to keep me there. The good fruit/works in my life are due to my love for Him, and His Holy Spirit working in me, they do not save me.

I'm also a mother of 3 grown sons, ages 30, 21 and 20. My eldest is married and has one daughter, born March 30th, 2007. The 2 younger ones are still finding their path. The very youngest has mental illness, and is in need of continual prayer and guidance. I am a special education assistant. I give literacy instruction on a 1-1 basis, and have been successful in helping some to learn to begin to read, and others to improve their reading and comprehension. I thank God for how He has gifted me in this area. I attend a non-denominational Christian church, and am being used at this time in the nursery.
