I love the Lord with all my heart, He is my Best Friend, by Teacher, my Councellor, my Father, my first Love!! I am in a wheelchair from MS, and I would rather be close to Jesus and unable to walk, than able to walk and be without Him. Even though I can't walk physically, I have a spring in my step,a song in my heart,and I can dance in my spirit, and rejoice because He walks with me and I with Him. My motto is: "I have MS, MS does not have me!!" I have a WONDERFUL husband whom I adore, I love nature, I love the sunshine, the rain,and the snow! It reminds me of the the Light, the Living Waters, and Perfect Cleanliness & Purity! I love listening to the birds sing praises in the mornings. I love watching butterflies and little animals play! You can learn soo much from watching nature/animals. There is something new every day to rejoice and sing about. My suffering is not worthy to be compared to the things to come. "My Strength is made prefect in weakness", One day there will be no more tears, no more pain, I love watching the trees sway in the wind, the sun rays sparkle across the top of the rivers, creeks, and ponds, and I can only imagine all the spendor and beauty of heaven. All of nature works so perfectly together, and speaks of God's never-ending Love and Tender-Mercies day to day. Just as we should do, as His children. Let everything that hath breath, praise the Lord!! Scriptures say, that if no one praises Him, He will cause the rocks to cry out and praise Him!! Sooo many today are so caught up in tomorrows, and yesterdays, I went from being able to hike and climb mountains, to difficulty walking, to hand crutches to a full-time wheelchair in one month's time. This experience has taught me that you really don't don't know how precious something in life is, until after it's gone. So many precious gifts we take for granted, and put off doing til tomorrow. Or we spent our days obsessing over what happened yesterday, last week, ot 20 yrs ago, and today slips through our fingers. So many in the world are so busy, moving to the next thing, and the next, and they miss soooo much! Life is so simple, it's us who makes it difficult. Every single day brings something NEW! I believe there is much to br thankful for, every single day brings something new, to learn, and grow from. Even in nature, we can learn from even the tiniest of all God's creatures, if we would but watch and listen.... Everyday to me, is Christmas, Thanksgiving and birthdays all rolled up into one. For I have learned to celebrate life, and found joys and peace that comes only from spending time with Jesus, to be content whether in much or in little, fed or hungry, with all or with nothing. Jesus said that the Kingdom is within you. There is nothing sweeter than the Fragrance of spending time in His Presence! You carry it with you! We are the Light of the world and a city on a hill cannot be hid. Such Comfort and Peace comes only from resting in Him, knowing He is with you wherever you go...you are at Home and no longer have the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind/perfect peace.....THANKYOU JESUS!! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!! EXALT the Name of the LORD!! For HE IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISED!!! The Joy of the Lord, IS your strength!
