ENCOURAGEMENT FOR YOU MY FRIENDS:
My Friend, sometimes in life we face severe trials and tribulations. You may be in such a time of trial right now. If not, I can say with assurance that such a time is coming. But our Lord has promised to those who have accepted Jesus as Savior that He would see us through.
Here are several promises from God's Word that I hope you will read, meditate upon, and let the Lord use to speak to your heart.
GOD IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU.
"But my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19
YOU HAVE AN AWESOME GOD.
A powerful God, a great God. He has promised you that He will meet your every need-including protection. Can you think of a more reassuring promise in these days of war and rumors of war? When unstable nations and people have access to nuclear bombs and other weapons designed to kill countless people?
GOD ALWAYS HAS A PLAN.
"And we know all things work together for good for those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28
In times of great pain, it is hard to realize that God is still in control. Yes, we will face terrible things, we will live through trying times, but God is there to guide us, comfort us and lead us through to the other side of the valley. No matter what happens in your life, it will not stop the Lord from seeing His plan accomplished in your life.
GOD IS THERE FOR YOU.
"Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace in times of need." Hebrews 4:16
GOD LOVES YOU.
He so wants to have a wonderful relationship with you that He was willing to sacrifice His own Son for you. He has promised to never leave you or forsake you. He is there in the midst of your storm, and He will fill you with a peace that passes all understanding. Johnathan Falwell
