The FRUIT of Music
Music creates a harvest. Being the language that has the power to touch our heart, the core of our being, our spirit, our soul. It is potent, it is powerful in a way that few give much thought to. Music plants a garden, creates a harvest, and our lives will reap what we sow.
When we hurt, we turn to music to help us let go of what we feel, or to give us FREEDOM from what we feel to help us VALIDATE what we feel.
When we are happy, we want to turn up the tunes, and boogie while we clean the house, or wash the car, or drive around town....
Music enables us to open ourselves to ourselves. We can't hide from the impact music has on us, and it is IMPORTANT to know what we are listening to.Music that contains material that is unhealthy, eventually lines the parimeters of our inner being, and will manifest through out our body, soul, heart and spirit. It is IMPORTANT to be THOUGHTFUL and MINDFUL of what we listen to, even tho we are angry, sad,happy, broken, need a lift, WHATEVER, it is SO IMPORTANT to be aware that music is a TOOL, an ENABLER of good OR bad, and therefore we must be aware of what we listen to.....
Music is POWERFUL because it speaks ANY language.
Music is APPEALING because it motivates us to move, or feel, even when we don't want to
Music is a tool. Christian musicians, singers, lyricists, worship leaders, pastors, and congregations know how important music is to their church, event, or ministry because it IS a tool, an enabler of letting our inner being let go of the world for a while.....
Music is a blessing. A gift. One that never fails to speak unspeakable words.
