EPHAPHORAS PRAYER LABOURERSA Ministry of Conquerors For ChristSomeone once said, “prayer brings victory”, and that is absolutely right. There are prayer warriors, prayer towers to pray for, and many prayer partners who daily intercede for the needs of the people. I praise God for their ministry. The Bible asks us to “Labour in Prayer”. Paul in his epistles says, 12Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. 13For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis(col.4:12, 13).Epaphoras was a man who laboured in prayer for all the saints. The same responsibility to pray for the saints all around the world is placed on us. One cannot know how they are living, what problems they are going through, what difficulties they are facing, or the needs they have. Andrew Murray says in his book “ ABSOLUTE SURRENDER”, it doesn’t take few seconds to pray “O, Lord Bless all the Saints around the world,” therefore pray with out ceasing. Therefore my dear fellow saint in Christ, can you join me in labouring in prayer for various needs of the people? The responsibility is laid on us to pray for our churches, ministries, people, countries and families. Out there in the world people are perishing. Jesus said, even if you don’t go and evangelize people, “The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest” Luke.10: 2. Let us join our hearts and labour in prayer.
