"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive youselves. Do what it says. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it-he will be blessed in what he does." James 1:22,25

"Blessed are those who hear the word of God and obey it."Luke 11:28

"If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own." John 7:17

"Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them." John 13:17

Ready for this one? :) "Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and  I too will love him and show myself to him."

How about this? "IF you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given to you." How powerful is that? John 15:7 What an Awesome God we serve!

"You are my friends if you do what I command." John 4:14

Why do I write these things, because I care about you and I know there are no tweeks in Scripture..If it says so you can bank on it. I write and advise nothing that I do not live myself and know that it is so. Bless God and Be Blessed! :)

"If you study and compare these passages, and allow the words to enter your heart, you will be convinced that keeping Christ's commandments is the condition of all true spiritual blessings. This includes the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, the comfort of the Father's love, the inward manifestation of Christ, the power of prayer, and the abiding friendship of Jesus. The power to claim and enjoy these blessings in faith daily necessitates the childlike consciousness of loving our neighbor as ourselves. For fruitful Bible study, we may expect divine light and strength with every word of God when we are committed to obey implicitly. Delighting in and doing the will of God is the only way to the heart of the Father. Keep His law with all your heart, and you will know His full blessings."  Andrew Murray

"And hereby we do know that we know Him,if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him."  1 John 2:3-5

Do not be self decieved in your faith........Christ came and died so that He who believes in Him (Him being the word manifest) shall not perish and have eternal life, it does not however stop there. He says, repent not to continue in our sin, but to understand the error of our ways and live His commands. He is our example and yes, he felt all the same things you feel and yes, He did overcome temptation. It is a detriment to us to say this is impossible because we are human..as long as we continue in that thought no doubt, it will be impossible. With God, all things are possible. If we can get through our hearts and minds that we pay each time we go against God's commands..if we lie we will be lied to..if we cheat we will be cheated...and our sins will find us out..So, what's the point.. (Imagine 10 times the curse or 10 TIMES THE BLESSING) As for me and my house...Ihave learned that...it is true, it is true..........WE DO REAP WHAT WE SOW! The price for sin is High....too high for me...When we are alone with no one else around and we think that we are free to do what we please...He is still there watching...Ain't no mountain high enough, ain't no valley low enough, ain't no river wide enough to keep God from you! Your heart is forever revealed to Him. God Bless!

The truth does set us FREE!!!!!

Bless God and Be Blessed! :)
