So many times in our life we hear of sadness and battles that Christians and others are going through. I myself have heard much reply I pray Jesus would come back and take me out of my problems. This is only a normal response; Jesus himself in his flesh did not want to suffer as he did. Yet, Jesus prayed unto the Father, O' my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. This is the same thing we should do as Christians, pray as Jesus taught us. Then we can be endured with power to face whatever battles the devil has for us. Some of these battles remember are for our making. We as Christians are being purged and pruned daily to be more Christ like. We are never forsaken or alone, nor were Jesus when he was on the cross. The great work that was done for man on the cross of Calvary. Have you ever thought what this world and people would be like if not for the work on the cross, If Jesus had not paid the price for our sinfulness? Jesus went back unto his friends and followers his disciples. Those that was nearest unto him while he walked this earth. He had asked them too pray with him. They fell asleep. They could not watch and pray one hour With Jesus. Yet, Jesus understood how their spirit was willing to watch and pray with him, but their flesh was weak. Jesus went on and done what God had planned for him to do to save mankind. He did this because of his great Love for all of mankind. So what does this have to do with us now? Today, we need to understand like the work that Jesus done on the cross. God will shall be done. Things happen everyday in our life's and in the world at large. Things that are painful, things that we all wish would not happen and don't understand why it happens. We must walk as Jesus did, trusting as a child and obeying his Father unto death. God has a will and a purpose for all things under the sun. Things will happen as he wills them too as has for years. No ruler, No King, No warrior, No law, No religion, No war, No peace plan, has ever nor will ever change the hand of God.
