Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, Each person no matter who they are what their background must decide if they will, or will not set apart Christ as Lord within their hearts Then it says we should always be ready to offer a reason for the hope we have. I cannot choose for someone else if they will be willing to set apart Christ as Lord in their lives, but I am accoutable for explaining that Christ is my hope! What are some ways you declare to others, besides your lifestyle that Jesus is Lord and Christ is your hope? One thing I confess that I do not understand about Cavinism is how we do not have any accountability in accepting or rejecting Christ as Savior. Is the a misconception on my part?
