According to the Bible the Lord Jesus is going to return to take his bride home. As to exactly when I do not think it has been given to know the exact time. Jesus said that he he himself did not know that time it was a date set by God the Father alone. All I Jesus gave the sign of the times that would declare that the time is near, and those signs describe the days in which we live. The time of his return is close, and now is the time for the bride of Christ to make herself ready for the coming of the bridegroom.
 Christ is returning for a bride(church) that is without spot or wrinkle, a bride that has been prepared, and adorned with all the right apparel. Without spot or wrinkle refers to a virgin bride that has kept herself pure, for her coming king.
We do not know when he is coming, but we know it will not be much longer. Now is the time to throw off every sin, that defiles and corrupts, and separate our selfselves from the world as the Lord's own special people.
 We all must examine are hearts in light of the truth, and take careful heed to the parable of the ten virgins in which only five were ready to meet the bride groom, so only five were taken, and five were left out. He is going to come like a thief in the night, so we best make sure that we are in a state of readiness at all times, because we do not know the hour.
Those that are arguing when the rapture is going to take place are claiming knowledge that the Lord himself did not have when he walked this Earth. We are not meant to know the exact time we are just told to be ready for it.
