My mom made up a word today whilst responding to my random burst of nonsense.

Queird (qweerd) [adj.] - being qu3er (as in strange) and weird at the same time e.x. - When Nancy turned around, she saw a queird-looking dog in a santa suit.

There's my mom's new word.
