I know NARUTO has reached its other book and way far from the first episode already but I just started watching so let me just share to you my favorite episode so far.

WARNING: cheesy at some point (Hehehehe)

Episode 15 illustrates how a team works especially at times when protecting one another is called for. A very unusual scenario takes place. Sasuke, a timid yet focused ninja-to-be, dislikes working with Naruto, a stubborn yet surprising ninja-to-be. It goes vice versa.

Faced with Haku, well-trained young ninja, the two had to work together to win the battle against him. But Naruto lost his strength in the long run. When Haku noticed that Sasuke was getting stronger, Haku strategized by attacking the weak Naruto finding Sasuke protecting Naruto all along.

Sasuke went on protecting Naruto until he ran out of his own strength for doing such. He placed his life at stake for Naruto and their 'final' conversation went on like this: (POINT: They both dislike working with one another)

Naruto: (feeling pity for seeing Sasuke dying for protecting him) But why? Why did you protect me?
Sasuke: Who knows? My body moved on its own accord.
Haku:(the enemy) We were able to jump into a trap to protect someone important.

Conflicts. We encounter it almost everyday especially personality clashes. (NATURAL)
-- Naruto and Sasuke are classic examples of clashing personalities for no reason, just that.
Hate. We want to believe we hate some people. (PRIDE)
-- Naruto and Sasuke hated each other because they had pride within themselves.
Love. We realize that no matter what most situations dictate, love has grown in the span of time, short or long, we've been with people. (GOD-GIVEN)
-- "My body moved on its own accord." We realize that even if we choose to hate people, grace would even enable us to find ourselves loving them. Sasuke had his share of experience as it was instinctive to protect Naruto despite their conflict.

I say these three things are the 'crystal' elements of a TEAM. When we don't come to a point of seeing these elements occuring as we do teamwork, we can never call it a TEAM then.

IN BRIEF:
In teams, we will encounter conflicts that would bring us to the point of bearing hatred but love would enable us to cancel these things as God's grace comes into the picture.
It is always hard to cancel hatred but when people always bear God's love in their hearts then love to people wouldn't be that hard. In this manner, teamwork is attainable.
