My name is Julia. I have a little boy named landen. Landen's father died suddenly when Landen was only five months old. Landen is now 19 months old. With alot of prayer and wonderful friends Landen and I have been able to move forward. Recently it has become more and more apparent that something is not right with Landen. I have 3 older children and there is a very obvious differnce in Landens development. I have met with specialist and Landen has been diaognosed with a Sensory Processing Disorder. This is an umbrella diagnosis for all types of Autism and other sensory disorders. At Landens age they start with an umbrella diagnosis SPD, because he is still too young to narrow the scope. They will have a clearer picture when he is about 3 years old. My heart is just breaking. I feel so inadequite to help my son. I don't know why God would choose me. Please pray for both of us. Please pray for me to have wisdom and courage. Please pray that I will know which steps to take from here. Please pray that God will send the right people into our lives that will know how best to help my son. Above all, please pray for baby. Please pray for his healing and Gods love and protection over him. If anyone reading this bulliten has a child with Autism or experience with Autism or Sensory Processing disorder, please contact me.
