Phillips Egg
Posted On 03/16/2008 21:46:25 by littlejohn
Philip's Egg   Philip was born with Downs Syndrome. He was a pleasant child . . .happy it seemed . . . but increasingly aware of the difference between himself and other children. Philip went to Sunday school faithfully every week. He was in the third grade class with nine other eight-year olds.  You know eight-year olds. And Philip, with his differences, was not readily accepted. But his teacher was sensitive to Philip and he helped this group of eight-year olds to love each other... Read More

Easter: PLEASE, do not call the Resurrection Day of Christ, "easter"
Posted On 03/16/2008 20:48:27 by TrumpetCallofGod
PLEASE, do not call the resurrection Day of Christ, "easter", as this is a pagan goddess name. Rather, call it what it is, or even as Paul referred to it, which is also the Holy Day Jesus fulfilled -- "FIRST FRUITS"

1Co 15:20 -

Blessings in Christ’s great love,
Timothy

P.S. Please see my blog on easter.

Jesus "slept" in His tomb three days and three nights as He, Himself, spoke of in Matthew 12:40, saying,..."the Son of man will be three days a... Read More

HE'S ALIVE!
Posted On 01/20/2008 18:48:19 by Susanne
 He's alive!
the world will hear it
Jesus risen from the dead
let the heralds far and near it
"see where your Lord lay"
the angels did say
"He is not here
 have no more fear"
Jesus is alive.
+
He's alive!
nature's course defeating
Jesus risen from the dead
Satan's wrath and malice cheating
glad tidings go tell
your sorrow dispel
death's sting is gone
the Victor has won
Jesus is alive.

He's alive!
the battle's over... Read More
