Blog Entry: May 10, 2008. Saturday Mother’s/Women’s Day Prayer For May 11, 2008, Sunday- LORD, as individuals we are special and unique to our abilities and skills. Mother’s Day is tomorrow, and it’s more like Women’s Day because not all women are mothers or don’t have one. I pray FATHER that as we are followers of you, that the women in this world are in your presence, and that as we follow you more we see how nurturing gives life to others. I pray for the guys too, that as they’re part of the women’s lives, that their heart and love grows stronger for them. For the children, I pray that they are guided in your presence to be followers of you and keep the generation going of your creations and us women. In general, I pray for all, male or female, we need the same kind of support, your presence in our lives. Wherever we are in life and whatever we struggle with, guide and protect and help us to receive you more than ever and touch lives in need. Also, that we open our hearts to nurturing others in need. I thank you for life, and for mother’s/women’s day tomorrow. I pray this and more in your great name, AMEN.
